During their review of our needs, we did a main panel upgrade, relocation of our subpanel to the garage, extension of all circuits and wiring, service line upgrade to 200amps, as well as installation of exhaust fans in each of our bathrooms. 07/31/2025 - We signed the contract with them to begin work 08/26/2025 - The initial phase of work was completed pending city permits, meter release, PGE inspection, and new service line. At this point, we paid the majority of the payments for the work. As first-time homeowners, we were probably naive making the payments we did and not having an agreed-upon payment schedule in the contract. But this also felt very predatory of them to request a specific payment amount knowing what percentage of work still actually remained. The second phase of work - connecting all the new circuits, finishing the installation of the sub panel and main panel, and connecting the new exhaust fans could not be completed until the above steps were finished. We then had multiple PGE appointments cancelled and rescheduled for unknown reasons and they wouldn't provide any information. PGE later told us that the electrician didn't submit all of the required documentation by a specific deadline. 03/31/2026 (current status) - They have not completed any remaining work. They submitted the permit application back in October 2025, but never paid the fees and obtained the required permit and meter release to complete the remaining work. We have a main panel upgrade, new subpanel, and bathroom exhaust fans that still aren't functional. We have spent 7 months emailing them, texting them, and trying to call them with no response from the owner, Jacob. Their front office does answer the phone, but they are not responsive beyond that. We have also sent them a physical letter requesting the work to be completed, and still have not received a response. The electricians that did the work, Aaron and Ozzy, seemed competent and thorough with their work, but this project has just been a disaster causing stress and anxiety for over 7 months now. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend them for anything beyond a simple fix or upgrade.

My wife and I had just bought a Tesla and wanted to install a fast charger in our garage. Some of our neighbors had fast chargers installed and they paid as much as $1,700 for the installation alone! I called around and was consistently quoted over $1K and was even quoted a starting price of $1,200 from one of the most well known companies in the area that specialize in this. Towery Electric was the only company that I called that gave me an honest assessment about how much it might cost to have the charger installed. They told me that the cost could depend on several factors (distance to the panel, quality of the panel and breakers, etc.). And at the end of the call, they told me that based on my situation and set up, that it would probably be best to be charged by the hour ($150/hour) and that it would probably be a 3-4 hour job. After finally receiving the charger in the mail, I called Towery to make the appointment. They called me back right away and I was set up with an appointment the next morning! The electrician they sent came right on time, and after just a little over 3 hours, they were done! Total cost was just under $600 which included material costs! The installation was super clean, looks professional and cost half as much as most of the quotes I had gotten from other companies! Definitely a recommend from me!
