Esta oficina dental es un peligro para las personas que como yo les confíe la la salud oral de mis…read moredos hijos y terminaron causando daños irreparables ya que a los dos en una cirugía mal hecha de sustracción de muelas del juicio realizada por Dr. Caleb Cross es un negligente, horas después de la cirugía tuve que llevar a mi hija a la sala de emergencia ya que estaba teniendo sangrado execivo y estuvo a nada de causarle fractura mandíbular, el mayor daño que después surgieron las verdaderas complicaciones ya que con el transcurso de los días y meses no han recuperado su sensación en el lado derecho los dos los he llevado a especialistas y les ha causado daño en el nervio lingual de el lado derecho, problema que ha conllevado a otros problemas de salud como dolor de oído y de cabeza. hasta la fecha Hoy Octubre del 2025 desde Marzo 2025 mis hijos siguen con la mitad de la boca entumida. No entiendo como personas pueden lucrar con la salud de la otros solo por un paycheck . He tenido que llevar a Mis hijos para segundas opiniones y los diagnósticos de otros dos especialistas Maxillofacial surgeons dicen que ese nervio no tienen reparación ya que ha pasado mucho tiempo y ellos siguen sin tener sensación en la mitad de la boca y tampoco tienen sentido del gusto y han tenido complicaciones a raíz de esa cirugía ya se le ha sido informado directamente al Dr. Cross y su respuesta ha sido darle tiempo hasta que llegó a su conclusión hace unos meses que la causa - del daño era por genética y que por eso la sensación del nervio no les ha regresado, respuesta nefasta a la que me llevó a buscar segundas opiniones, ya que es increíble que doctores sin ética ni profesionalismo sigan practicando. El único que ha demostrado interés por la salud de mis hijos en esa oficina ha sido Dr. kim que es el ortodoncista que ve mes a mes a mis hijos y que se ha dado cuenta de los problemas que sigue ocasionando el entumecimiento de ese lado, ya se muerden la lengua sin saber o el wire les pica la encía y no sienten hasta que ya están sangrando. Asi que me recomendó hablar con la "Office Manager"Elia Dorado persona que al externarme mi preocupación ella todo lo ha tomado a la ligera desde el principio ha demostrado ser una persona sin incompetente y mentirosa, no ayuda ni resuelve nada. cuando se le informó el problema y pregunte que procedia ya que tenía que llevar a mis hijos a segunda opinion y dijo que no hay nada que hacer que el dr.Cross es muy buena persona y le dije que eso no le resuelve lo que mis hijos están sufriendo hasta la fecha sigue sin resolver nada o impórtale nada , he pedidolos récords médicos de mis hijos desde hace ya casi un mes y nada, lo que sea que quiera esconder no se puede ya que es evidente el daño causado. A raíz de este problema hemos descubierto otras anomalías que ha tratado de esconder y/o alterar, realizo sobrecargos a mi y a mi aseguranza dental (hecho que ya ha sido reportado con las autoridades correspondientes) En esta oficina el único que ha demostrado profesionalismo es Dr. Kim.
