    Bowl of French onion soup
    Cåra L.

We sat outside on a brisk fall day, we had our dog & the lower patio is dog friendly! Our waitress Teresa was very sweet. We ordered French Onion Soup & New England Clam Chowder and they might have been the most delicious soups I've ever had! We split a fish fry & that was also good. Great prices too.

We went a little hard. We were starving. Let's see we got 10 medium wings and 10 BBQ wings which wee alright. We got spaghetti and a meatball which was better then I was expecting. Fish fry was below average. We ate on the roof patio which was nice had a nice view of the lake.

Fried zucchini with an orange slice.

The view from the upstairs balcony is really great! I ordered fried zucchini. The zucchini was alright, but it's pretty hard to mess up fried food. According to my companions, the wings were decent as well. The french onion soup tasted like water. There was no salt in it at all. It tasted like nothing. The baked stuffed clams were awful. It tasted like they mixed salsa, breadcrumbs, chopped clams together and called it a day. Just no. They serve orange slices with EVERYTHING. I think the point is to make sure we don't get scurvy, but this is Lake Ontario, not the Atlantic Ocean. Calm down and stop wasting oranges. Actually, maybe the oranges are a smart choice since I'd rather eat a plain orange than that french onion soup again. The service was also kind of slow even though they were not busy. I'd come back to sit on the patio for drinks and oranges, but I'm not bothering with their food again.

    Nasty ketchup bottle

Family of 4, waited an hour for 2 burgers and kids grilled cheese and kids spaghetti. Like any American I like to put ketchup on my burger. The label on the ketchup bottle (pictured) looked like they have been refilling it since the restaurant opened. Based on those things not much else I can say about my experience.

We sat on the upper deck and had dinner - a beautiful evening. Elizabeth was our waitress she did an excellent job. She asked if we wanted to know the specials before she went to get our drinks - very smart - we were then able to order when the drinks came. We were seated, had our drinks, ordered within 10 min. The food was very good with generous portions. Be aware there are 16 steps that not only you have to climb but the wait and bus staff come up and down with serving trays balancing drinks and food. The Draught beer was cold, the clam chowder good, as was the ravioli in red sauce and BBQ chicken. Definitely give them a try.

Great seafood restaurant with an amazing location next to the lake. I have seen them open recently, so I'm pretty sure they are NOT closed.

The cotton candy caught my eye but we ultimately decided on the Red Rapture! After you order from the window outside, you make your way indoors for your dessert. The Red Rapture was so delicious! The cream cheese frosting made it so decadent and creamy. We ended up splitting this between two people and asked for a cup to make it a little easier to eat on the go. Our soft serve was beautifully crafted, service was friendly and fast, and the soft serve was so good! It's a shame this is in Canada but it was easy enough to walk to from the Falls. Highly recommend! And you can even shop around for some souvenirs while you wait for your order! It's a win win!

Overall pretty plain flavors and they don't do any mix-ins. Just toppings so once you are done with toppings you're just eating a big plain vanilla ice cream essentially. They worked through the line fairly fast. The girl at the register taking orders was extremely unpleasant and rude. The workers serving the ice cream inside were a lot nicer though they didn't really seem to understand how to make some of the orders. It was weird. I'm glad we got to try it but I recommend going somewhere else for a sweet treat.

I like to bake so we don't usually purchase baked goods, but we do buy the cookies here because they are delicious! This is one of my dog's favorite places. She LOVES cream and the pup cup here is her favorite. It is quite a big size so I usually ask for a small portion of it. She particularly enjoys the peanut butter drizzle on top and likes to sit outside at the picnic tables with us to enjoy it. They said 6 croissants and no tax but one of the girls told us we can mix and match with the croffles but when we went to pay they said we couldn't. When we went to pay they were struggling so hard with the point system. I do however appreciate them trying to figure out how it worked. So eventually they said I can only collect points and not redeem which was fine. I went back a second time cause I was thirsty and ordered one of their drinks that they said was available but then the girl looked at the other girl and then looked back at me and said it's not available soooo. Very clean and spacious with a modern menu (QR code to see the menu). We shared a waffle and I had a hibiscus lemonade. The waffle, not like regular waffles. It was more of a cake batter waffle. This was very good. We opted for the mango ice cream one and the waffle is covered with some white chocolate curls for crunch and a drizzled sauce. There was some cut up fruit. The waffle didn't feel heavy and it was very easy to share. Hibiscus lemonade was refreshing but a bit to sweet for my taste. I'm sure when I come back I can ask them to make it less sweet. There are tons of options for drinks, hot and cold. Quite the selections of teas, and if I was a bit hungrier would have probably gotten a milkshake (roughly $10) Prices are fair , waffles are about $20 and are big enough to share. The person taking our order was great with lots of options and was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was attentive and checked on us regularly. Would definately go back to try some of the other items on the menu that looked delicious as well as the desserts and cakes that are in the window at the front on display at the counter.
