Judi's is one of my favorite spots in the Niagara area! It's charming, welcoming, and felt much more like a true local diner than the more tourist-focused restaurants we experienced while visiting. The food was fantastic. The wings were some of the crispiest I've had and were so well sauced. The beef on weck was massive, and even the toddler pizza was generously sized! My kids also really enjoyed our waitresses. They were so friendly and took the time to chat with us about living in Niagara Falls, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming. If you're visiting the area and want to step away from the touristy spots for a meal at a charming, diner-focused restaurant with great food and genuinely kind service, I highly recommend Judi's. I haven't reviewed this place in a long time and feel like I need to again! I ALWAYS get exceptional food from Judi's. I have tried quite a few items at this point and can't say a single bad thing. This most recent time I got the stinger sub, it was messy but so flavorful and huge. The service is always very good, no matter how busy they are. It might take a bit longer of course, but they're always very nice. The atmosphere is always so relaxed and just a nice hang out. This is one place I return very often and recommend to anyone who comes in from out of town or just something different in the Falls. read more

Checked out this local lounge while visiting my family in Niagara Falls. The placed was packed on a Thursday night with a full parking lot. We were seated quickly and provided with food and drink menus. I will admit service was a bit slow and after receiving our cocktails we had to ask our server for water multiple times and I ultimately never received mine. The menu was pretty expansive but my son and I opted for some traditional western NY items including wings and beef on weck. The cocktails were excellent and food was good, but not great. Shopping makes you hungry. Thankfully, Judi's is directly across the street from the outlet mall. It's a long time fixture in Niagara Falls for a good reason. They have just what you want, everything is prepared well, and service is great. Good bye boring onion rings, hello banana pepper rings! Last night we decided to try take out fish fry from Judi's since I have eaten there in the past and have always been happy with their meals. However, tonight it was a different story. Our fish were overcooked and tasted terrible. I understand they were very busy but the presentation was awful with the cole slaw just on paper in the box. When we picked them up they said five more minutes and wait 20 more minutes. The boxes weren't even warm when we got home which was less than five minutes away. The website was very easy to use. The price for the fish fry was really cheap. As for the actual meal, I was aittle taken back. Normally, when it comes to fish fry's. Lounge bars, please B's, and bars are the best place to order from. Judi's fish fry was ok, but not the typical huge fresh battered fish I'm accustomed to. Very good chicken wings! I ordered 16 wings and got half medium and half raspberry bbq. I ordered them crispy but there was still plenty of sauce and I needed lots of napkins. First time ordering from here, got takeout wings and was thoroughly impressed. A dive bar at its core, Judi's has a simple menu with Buffalo staples like wings, fries and other pub food. I just knew I wanted wings and called in to order without even seeing a menu. Apparently, they have tons of wing flavors, but I just ordered the simple hot wings and garlic parm. They sold them in orders of 8, 16, 24 + so I grabbed 16 of them. When they asked me whether I wanted them extra crispy on the phone, I knew I was in for a treat. The wings turned out delicious! 16 wings only come with one blue cheese so if you want an extra it'll run ya .50, but the crisp and sauce was on point. I liked the hot better than the buttery garlic parm in that I thought it had more flavor. The wings themselves were soooo crispy and delightful with my only complaint being some of the pieces were a little on the smaller side, rather than the jumbo wings. One of my best friends, and fellow Yelper kept telling me about this place. On a Thursday night, her and I checked it out. It was super busy, and almost all of the tables were full. We sat in the back, which was less noisy, but a table of 6 came in, say down right behind us and I couldn't hear my friend talking anymore. Good this we were almost done. We both ordered the best of Buffalo platter. I also got the Crabbie's Ginger beer, which was $5. That's a good price for this area. The best of Buffalo platter was very good, and I upgraded from chips to fries for an extra $1.50. The platter came with a full-sized roast beef sandwich and 6 wings. I ordered medium, extra crispy. They came out sort of hot, extra saucy. I really liked the decor. The service was good too. This place is great. They have great food and good service. I went here this past Friday (four days ago) around 5pm, with 10 coworkers. We ordered food and drinks. I had the cinnamon vanilla cocoa stout from Founders Brewing Company. It was delicious! The prior week I had cheesy garlic bread and 10 loganberry barbecue wings that I split with two coworkers. Both were absolutely fantastic!!! My only gripes are the extremely small parking lot and that they wouldn't split the bill, since we had more than nine people in our party. 7/31/23 - Visited with 2 friends as a result of a strong recommendation. We arrived around 1:30P and it wasn't very busy. We took a table in the back so we could have a table by the fire place display. It was chilly inside but it's apparently just a decorative feature and didn't provide warmth. That's ok. We ordered non alcoholic beverages, which seemed to take awhile to come. We ordered 2 appetizers to share. Those took even longer but were delicious! We then ordered an entree and that took even longer. Still, we decided to split the fried cheesecake bites. Nice presentation with Carmel sauce and powdered sugar on the hot bites. We all thought them amazing!! We asked for the check and paid, then decided to use the restroom before leaving. We were getting ready to leave when another server said our server had added the dessert to the wrong customer's bill and presented us with the bill. I have absolutely no problem paying for whatever I order, and the food was all excellent, but this was awkward. Especially so since the place wasn't busy, yet it took 2hours for lunch due to the slow service. I'm not from the area, and trusted the recommendation. I'd rate the selections and quality of the food as 5 star, but the slow service and lack of diligence of the server to make this kind of mix up on a bill when it was slow, rates a 2. Overall 3 stars. I love coming here!!! Judi's has some of the best wings ever. I really can't say enough about them. They different rubs and sauces are amazing. Each one that I've tried is very specific and not just a sad attempt at offering a variety sauces with no real flavor. Tonight we had the lemon pepper wings and the Buffalo ranch. I don't mind a saucey wing but I much rather prefer a dry rub. I love the idea of getting all the flavor while still maintaining the crispy crunchy integrity of the wing. I know it's not rocket science but I'm shocked at the intensity of the flavor without being sauced. That lemon pepper is legit. I just can't get enough. Last time I decided to try the Paranormal Ranch. The waitress warned me that it easy very very spicy. But I wanted to give it a try. Upon further discussion my fiance speculated that Paranormal meant not of this world or ghostly; as in ghost pepper. Now we didn't officially ask for confirmation but after tasting it will say he almost died!! I love it!! Now don't get me wrong, I was sweating and my lips went numb before I got to the second wing but it's the kind of burn that once you embrace it, you love it. It's an enjoyable kind of pain.
