I was searching for cloud couch and compared between different brands. I decided to visit the show room before made my decision. Joshua, who was helping me and gave me some great advice and ideas about how this sofa fits into my home. Because of his helpful tips, I made my decision. Thank you so much, I love this sofa. This review is for the delivery of my couch - I'll update my review of the couch itself after a couple of weeks. The delivery guys Jerome and Jerry were fantastic. It was pouring rain and they took care to not make a mess in my home. They helped breakdown the boxes so they would fit in our garage too. Very professional and kind. The couch measurements are a bit smaller than what's advertised. We purchased the 110" and the length of the couch is about 104". It's also about 1 inch shorter in depth across the board. Seems comfortable so far.

Valyou is incredibly lucky to have Cameron and Gary as delivery drivers. They were very good with communication, and letting me know when they were nearby. Also, they made the delivery so enjoyable by being polite, fast and efficient. They helped unbox the sectional couch I ordered, and assemble it which was a lifesaver! I couldn't even believe both men washed their hands before touching it, like what other delivery drivers do that! 10/10. I purchased a Feathers Sofa + Ottoman from the mario capasa collection. First of all the price does not reflect the quality. Within a week the cushions began to look frumpy back rest would fold develop creases. Customer service said this is nothing out of the ordinary and requires fluffing. After fluffing the sofa maintained integrity for an hour or so after sitting.. and then looking very unappealing and with the appearance of sub quality product. At this price point there are so many better quality sofas out there, would not recommend!! read more

Ordered the Loft Sofa + 2 Ottomans in the brown vegan leather option. It's been such a game changer for our family, such a comfy and fluffy sofa. I fall asleep on this thing all the time! We're planning to order 1 more ottoman to really max out our movie watching experience. The sofa is made super well! It showed up packaged really nicely, the crew was so friendly, ON TIME (big one!), and helped set it up in the house. They were extremely professional. Going to the LA store was also a really lovely experience. It was a gorgeous showroom and the staff was so friendly. Oh, and the price point can't be beat. We looked everywhere for a beautiful sofa without the "Design Out Of Reach" price. Don't let the value discourage you or make you skeptical of quality (we almost did until we saw the sofa in person). Their proactive communication, friendly demeanor, and assistance in delivering the boxes to my apartment door made the entire delivery process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Nevertheless, my overall experience has been marred by the fact that I received an incomplete shipment. Unfortunately, I am missing essential pieces required for assembling the dresser, which has left me feeling disappointed. Without these crucial components, the dresser drawers are non-functional, and I won't be able to complete its assembly today. I just want to give a shout out to Kevin who answered my emails back and forth about the products and was so helpful-although I dont think I can buy a MC sofa due to the low height, I understand that they are more of a modern look, and I need a higher model. Nevertheless Kevin was so helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this site to anyone who doesnt mind a lower sofa because they look so comfortable and their customer service is top! Absolutely applauding company with terrible customer service which is handled by a third party. I ordered this sofa and when it arrived the fabric had a pull on it. It came out of the box this way. I had photos to prove it. It is also btw a terrible fabric choice for a sofa which will pull eventually regardless, probably why they simply do not want to replace one little sofa cover, for a washable sofa, who's covers come off and where it would be very simple & efficient and easy for them to replace. Instead they gave us the run around talking to their reps for a week who then passed us off to their third party company to simply tell us no. Not only that the sofa is VERY soft and doesn't have much support, you literally sink into the sofa. My 70 yo mother actually can't sit on it because there is no support. The back and arm pillows that come w this sofa too are strange, oddly sized and don't really fit the sofa. Terrible fabric, terrible form and function, and even more appalling customer service. Take my advice, Do not purchase from these crooks. read more

I was super excited about this sofa, then very worried after reading the google reviews of people never receiving their orders and it being a scam. I decided to give Valyou a chance after I voiced my concerns and working with them. They delivered on time, as promised--delivery guys Scott and Cameron were very professional and kind, and I received updates of the shipment along the way. They even brought the heavy bed frame upstairs for me! I'm still waiting on the headboard that goes to the bed frame, and it says it won't be delivered until August. Ultimately, the hassle with my damaged car became too much during a stressful time. This driver (may have) caused cosmetic damage that would need over ~$1,000 in professional repairs. Regarding the couch, it really isn't holding up well even though pets don't use it, we are considered light weight people, and we do our best to keep it nice. The pullout bed mechanism was either installed wrong, or there is a flaw that makes folding it back in feel pretty dangerous. So that feature (which was the whole reason we bought it) is basically unusable. With that mechanism being suspicious, we can't even give this thing away for free. If you want an expensive, cheap couch... shop at Joybird. The people at headquarters were helpful to an extent, but couldn't really help all that much. The in-store team is awesome, but can't really help with the issues going on.

However the actual quality of the products is average at best and in some cases below average. Within less than two years two Charm beds completely collapsed to the floor. One dining table broke. The sofas while still looking fine visually lost all structural support and now sink badly. I recently contacted the company for help because several beds literally broke. To my surprise Valyou Furniture refused to help stating that their warranty is only one year and my purchase was just two months outside the warranty period so they would not offer any support. A piece of furniture meant for daily use especially at this price point offering only a one year warranty raises serious questions. What does that say about the companys confidence in its own products. Very disappointing experience. Nice design but poor durability and disappointing customer service.

I interviewed my dauntingly brilliant friend Laila Lalami about her new novel, "The Dream Hotel," and the store was kind of an ideal venue. It was a lovely place, well designed with an intuitive layout, and tons of attractive merchandise. I spent some time browsing the furniture and housewares, and everything was tasteful, pretty, and of obvious high quality. I got a nice gift as thanks for my participation in the event, some fancy tea and a ceramic mug. I almost never want a free mug, but I really like this one. The store worked quite well as an event space. A little bar popped up in the middle of the store, and there was food set up in back. There was also, of course, an abundance of comfortable seating. Whether you're looking for furniture or hoping to host a cool event, I'd recommend Nickey Kehoe. It's a beautiful store with a lot to offer.

Unfortunately, they don't carry the white leather sofa I originally wanted, so neither option solves the problem. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. If you're ordering furniture based on the color shown online, be aware that what you receive may not match the description, and the company may not stand behind its products or provide a fair resolution. I would not recommend this store based on their misleading product description and poor customer service.

The sales staff confirmed that is indeed hair and she was very helpful to fix this issue. She ordered a replacement for it but the replacement also came with hair in it. Eventually, she got me connected with a product manager to discuss the problem and he was very rude. When he basically told me that I am wrong, I mentioned how the sale staff confirmed that this is in fact a piece of hair but he started to talk over me and told me not to trust the sale staff. He explained how that is not hair and it's a piece black fiber in a aggressive tone. It seriously looks like a piece of pubic hair. When I asked him if this isn't hair, then is it a part of the design. The answer was maybe and it happens. To sum it all, this $500 chair comes with pubic hair or " black fiber" baked into the chair. BE CAREFUL! My couch was INFESTED WITH TERMITES!! Since Valyou has failed to provide an adequate response to this very serious matter, I have decided to post this review, in hopes of saving someone else to go through this ordeal. I first contacted Valyou by text on the 11/03/2023 informing Valyou that my couch was termite infested. I was informed that I needed to file a claim with Mainland Warranty, which I did on 11/04/2023. I moved into a new apartment mid September and placed an order with Valyou on 09/23/2023. The order was delivered on 10/12/2023. I previously wrote a review on Valyou's delivery crew and I stand by it - Gary and Cameron were pros. I was very happy with my new couch until I started noticing some wings. I have never before encountered termites so for a while I thought they were leaves. One day, I was watching TV and a bug which I now know was a termite, was on my arm! I got extremely alarmed and decided to ask my Roomate if she had noticed anything. When I commented with my Roomate she mentioned she had also noticed it so we decide to further inspect the couch. You can see where this is going... as soon as we start lifting the large pillows we find HUNDREDS of TERMITES. There were termites everywhere. I contacted my landlord and asked for an exterminator to come take a look at it. At this point, it didn't cross my mind that the issue was the couch. Who would have when the sale price prior to discounts ranges the $7,000! My landlord was surprised since I had moved in around mid September and he had done an inspection then. The exterminators came and reported that indeed we were dealing with a termite infestation and that the termites came with the couch!! As soon as I knew that the source of the infestation was the couch, I contacted Valyou. I first contacted Valyou by text on the 11/03/2023 informing Valyou that my couch was termite infested. I was informed that I needed to file a claim with Mainland Warranty, which I did on 11/04/2023. It has been 10 days and nothing has been done by Valyou to correct this. I have submitted the exterminators report and pictures they attached on file, as well as some pictures that I also took of the infestation. To make matters worst, Valyou after asking me to submit proof, proceeded to mistrust it and ask for the contact information of the exterminator company. Why would anyone lie about this? I just want this termite infested couch out of my house asap!! I expect the following steps to be taken by Valyou to solve this grave situation: 1) Schedule a couch removal ASAP. 2) Deliver & assemble a new couch that is not infested with termites. 3) In the case the new delivery will only be available at a later date, provide a substitution couch for the interim time period. 4) Schedule a deep cleaning crew to remove all visible signs of the active infestation and restore proper living conditions in my home. This is how Valyou makes things right, not by taking 0 action and letting me deal with a termite infested couch in my home! This is a clear health hazard for me and my household and Valyou's negligence is appalling. Nothing has been done so far by Valyou. Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and even more so by Valyou's conduct in this health impacting matter. 0 stars for Valyou and apparently hundreds of termites for me! read more

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience buying a Feathers couch from Valyou after I read some reviews. Customer service was very efficient and communicative letting me know when I would get my delivery. Less than a week later, Cameron and Jerome arrived to deliver and set up my new couch. I chose "Pay When We Deliver" option for the Feathers Sectional 110 inch. You don't pay anything until your furniture is set up and you see that you like it. Which I did. lts a nice couch exactly as pictured and described. Delivery was a pleasant experience. I do suggest having them deliver your furniture into your home as the boxes were quite large. No idea how I would have gotten them inside. Cameron and Jerome were very nice, quick, and efficient.They kept in touch to let me know when they would be arriving. I was given a 2 hour window. They arrived and had the couch set up within that 2 hour period. They do request you to keep the huge boxes if you want to return your furniture in the 14 day return period, but as it was already set up, I didn't see a need or have the space. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. I like that the delivery people were Valyou employees. One of them even had the couch I ordered which made me more comfortable with my purchase. Such a quick and easy process. Thank you. read more

My wife and I were online shopping for a sectional couch, and discovered the Valyou Feathers in our search. We were impressed, yet skeptical of a 110" sectional that was priced as "low" as 2k. We figured we had nothing to lose, and pulled the trigger on the purchase. To our surprise, the shipment arrived within 3 days with a handy tracking feature. The couch was also ready to use right out of the box, just needed to remove the packaging foam. A huge plus was that they offer an option for the deliverer to drop the boxes off right in your residence (for a few). This was so helpful because I was at work and just my wife was home when it arrived. Lastly, the couch is very comfortable and our pup has made the foot end his new favorite napping spot. With little knowledge about this couch, we are so happy we trusted Valyou and couldn't be more satisfied! I was trying to place an order through the valyou website. when I was trying to place my order the discount code "4JULY" was unfortunately not working, so I decided to call in to the customer service. I was greeted on the phone by an extremely experienced and friendly customer service representative at the Las Vegas Valyou storefront by the name of Zoe! Zoe was AMAZING. very helpful! Zoe was able to do all of the work for me. she made an invoice for me with the proper discounts applied and her customer service was just FANTASTIC. Zoe made the process super simple, made the invoice with my furniture selections, added discount codes, sent it over in an email and all I had to do was confirm everything was correct and click pay. As far as shopping experiences go buying from Valyou was as warm and breezy as their native Hawaii. The team was responsive from the start and kept in touch with me throughout the process to inform me about shipping progress. I had a rather unique request for my first time purchase being only a corner unit as I plan to build my full sectional piece by piece and they took the time to reach out and make sure that it was the correct item being ordered. Glen and zed were amazing. The couch was delivered in The most professionalism I have ever experience. It was a curbside and they brought it up three flights of stairs, They also set it up exactly how and where I wanted it, they wore booties to protect my carpet, and also wore white gloves to protect the couch. My recent experience with Valyou Furniture and their Charm 2.0 bed has been exceptionally satisfying. Despite skepticism due to some negative reviews, I found their delivery to be astoundingly prompt, arriving in just a week and a half.The company's communication was clear and timely, and their customer support team was nothing short of fantastic. Honestly, some of the reviews I found online (after ordering) scared me, BUT the customer service folks were very communicative, the couch came in good time, and it REALLY IS as comfortable as it looks. Maybe a little lower to the ground than I expected, but the measurements listed are accurate! Honestly, it was all in all - painless. Dont let the bad reviews scare you! Even the delivery men said "Yea, theyre (Valyou) getting better this year at getting people their furniture on time" I ordered the 142" feathers sectional, and my roommates in the pic so u can see it with some scale. AMAZING!!! Not only was the purchasing easy because the website gives you all of the dimensions so I was able to choose which Size was the best for my needs. Then the delivery guys, Cameron and Scott, put it together for me and they were super chill, nice, and EXTREMELY helpful. They were also really nice for letting me know that it would be in my best interest to keep the boxes for a while just in case because if you get rid of the boxes the couch becomes final sale. I highly recommend this sectional! Delivery went very smoothly and I had my pieces within 10 days. Delivery person was very kind and knowledgeable. I was nervous after seeing some negative reviews but I am pleased to say I experienced none of that. The quality is pretty decent although I think the cushions and pillows will need to be plumped up once a week. All in all, I had a very positive experience with the product and the delivery and have recently ordered a chair from them as well. I believe that the pieces I purchased are good quality and therefore the price was right on for what I received. read more

Valyou delivery boyz Jerry & Gilbert were very professional. Jerry called and updated me on the ETA- when they arrived, both men greeted me and politely asked if it was Ok to unpack the furniture in the house and asked if it was Ok to wear their shoes. Jerry helped me re-arrange my other items to allow the couch to be set up. The customer service that I received from Valyou was amazing! The furniture that we received was some of the best quality I have ever received and it really put my new place together. Not to mention, the crazy amazing value for the quality. Our sectional sofa looks like something straight out of a catalog. It was expected to be delivered in 4 weeks, but ended up coming 2 weeks earlier! They were very communicative at every stage of the order. There was never a point where I was confused or kept in the dark about the status of the order. Set up definitely requires 2 people, but once out of the box, it is quick to easy to clasp together and very comfortable to lounge on. Very happy with this purchase! read more

We received our Feathers sectional w/chaise within a week of ordering it. Delivery was fast and efficient. We put it together ourselves - it took about 30 minutes from unpacking to setup and the sections go together easily. The sofa is exceptionally soft and fits our small living room perfectly. It makes relaxing in the living room a whole new experience. The sofa does sit low once you sink into it, but that's not an issue for us. The beige color is elegant. read more
