I've heard a lot of hype and seen a lot of Instagram reels on this place, and I will say it did not…read moredisappoint. We arrived right before 5pm when it opened and there were already 4 people ahead of us before they even started taking orders. For only having 2 ppl in the truck, they moved pretty quickly, but by the time we got to the front of the line, there were at least 10 more groups of people behind us. In total we were there about 30 min outside from getting in line to getting our food. We had to get the favorites we've seen, so we got the crackin chicken cutty fries, the green chile burrito smothered, and a slice of Tiramisu. The fries and burrito were both so flavorful. The chicken in the burrito had such a great flavor to it by itself but the green chile was fantastic, a little spicier than I anticipated but mixed with the pinto beans it was such a good combination of spice, flavors, and just goodness. Everyone recommended getting it smothered with cheese sauce and green chile on top so we had to. Definitely found out why it was recommended *love* The fries, omg the fried chicken was so crispy, perfect seasoning on the breading, and the different sauces mixed with it... yup definitely tasty. Such a huge portion size, but they do offer upgraded chicken cutty fries as a side with the burrito to get the best of both and smaller portion. And the tiramisu..... *chefs kiss * it is my favorite dessert so I have high expectations... this hit the mark, and the slice was so massive!! I'm so happy I'll be able to eat on it for days!! Pricing for all of this plus the prickly pear cutty juice with pineapple (which was also very tasty and fresh) was over $60 so a little more expensive but lord, with the portion sizes and all the toppings it's totally worth it!!! We will be back! Just may go try the brick n mortar location bc it was extremely hot outside to be standing in line waiting after 5 pm. If the line was any longer we probably wouldn't have waited. The other locations are a lot farther from us so this was the best location wise. Also would be nice to open earlier, but may not be as easy to do in a food truck which is understandable.

We ordered the Philly cheesesteak, the green chile burrito, and fries with their delicious seasoned fries served with both the 303 sauce and garlic aioli for dipping. Every bite was absolutely mouthwatering, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their food. One thing I really appreciate is that they're consistently located in the hospital parking lot. Unlike many food trucks that can be hard to track down, you always know exactly where to find them when the craving hits. If you're looking for something different that's packed with flavor, I definitely recommend giving them a try!

They post on social media which restaurants are participating each week. There are usually 7 or 8 trucks to choose from and often include foods such as Maine lobster rolls, burgers, Mexican or other Latin cuisine, Hawaiian, ice cream, and/or shaved ice. The trucks park to the left of Lee's Discount Liquor on El Capitan so that area of the lot does get really congested even though there will still be parking available. I recommend parking towards Walgreens or even walking if you live nearby!

It's located in the parking lot of Walgreens and Lee's Discount Liquor. Cross streets are Farm and Durango, off of the N-95 and Durango exit. The hours are different based on the season. During winter, the hours are between 2:00 P.M - 6:00 P.M. During late spring and summer, the hours shift to later in the evening. Parking can be a little difficult. I'd recommend parking towards the Walgreens as the Food Trucks are situated in the parking lot next to Lee's Discount Liquor and there can be a lot of traffic in that location. Typically every week, there are a variety of different food trucks. When I had gone last Saturday, 1/9 the following food trucks were available Picanha Steak Truck Maize St. Street Kings lv Meats Gone Wild Flattops Burgers & Shakes Originally Curbside Cafe @Hot Diggity Dog Churros 101 The Cookie Bar This time, we decided to pick up goodies from the following locations - Flattops Burgers & Shakes Originally Curbside Cafe - Chicken Tenders, French Fries and a bottle of water - $11.00. The chicken tenders were okay. It was slightly overcooked and the chicken was dry. French Fries were thin and salty. Street Kings LV - Fried Chicken, French Fries, Chimichurri sauce - Approximately $10.00. Wow! Some of the best French Fries! The combination of all of the different ingredients was phenomenal. I'd recommend eating this inside your car instead of traveling with it. This will allow the food to stay fresh. The Cookie Bar - A variety of different cookies from chocolate chip, apple cider, and a few others! - $20. Some of the cookies are infused with alcohol, so make sure to check out the description for each cookie before buying. @Hot Diggity Dog - Their pulled pork sandwich, which was approximately $10.00. This was good, quite filling. The pulled pork needed extra seasonings though. The meat didn't have too much flavor. The BBQ sauce on-top was a good addition. I love the food truck Frenzy. We've already frequented the Churros 101 and Picanha Steak Truck, both are really scrumptious. I haven't had a bad meal yet at either! If you're in the Centennial area on a Saturday afternoon, you should check out Food Truck Frenzy!

We finally tried it last weekend at Silverton during the Lei, love, and aloha festival. It is everything and more!! The food is amazing and the service was quick too! My husband is so picky when it comes to Chamorro food and he was sold immediately after the first bite. We tried the bbq chicken bowl, kelaguen lumpia, and carrot cake. It reminded me so much of home cooking. The marinade for the chicken is definitely different and so tasty compared to other Chamorros places here in Vegas. The kelaguen is the best we've tried here too. Needless to say, we plan on going back soon. Thank you Guaiya!! We absolutely enjoyed it.

Hours are Wednesday through Sunday after 4pm. Menu offers a nice selection of appetizers, bowls, burritos, and chamorrolls. I ordered Chicken Kelaguen Lumpia (3 pieces, $10), so good and tasty! It's golden fried crispy hand-rolled spring rolls that's generously filled with chicken kelaguen, finely chopped, tossed with lemon juice, onions, and served with a sweet and tangy Garlic Chili Sauce. My favorite is Coco Shrimp Roll (8 pieces, $14.25), these are excellent, very filling, and incredibly delicious! The rolls are nice and chunky, has plenty of soft red rice, inside is golden-fried coconut shrimp with chicken kelaguen, pickled daigo, and sauced Guaiya style, so YUM! Also tried Grandma Lana's Carrot Cake ($8), it's a huge serving with moist carrot cake and lovely cream cheese icing that's pleasant, not too sweet, and delightful! Service from Dorleen and Fran is very kind, welcoming, helpful, and friendly! Dorleen made the experience a happy visit, she is so nice to speak with and politely responded to questions about the menu. Thank you for having a small seating area, I enjoyed the food while it's hot, everything was wonderful! I highly recommend trying them, they make excellent Chamorro food!
