    Carne asada burrito $6
    Jenn G.

Authentic Mexican food, FINALLY. I've been on a mission to find food like back home (SoCal) and after driving out as far as Henderson to all these little hole in the walls... I end up finding this truck not too far from my house! I've had carnitas, chicken, and pastor tacos and an asada burrito... All amazing.

    Amazing food, service, and portions!

All I can say is WOW!! I have been to a few taco trucks in my day, and this is the tastiest, fastest, and most yummy food your buck. Literally. I order two chicken tacos with cilantro, no onion. NORMALLY, I get just that, two little chicken tacos with only cilantro, and usually at least after 10 minutes of waiting. Not here at Los Amigos. The woman that works the window is so sweet, and just kept asking if I want to add cheese, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole. I was pleasantly surprised, and said please. She also asked if I wanted chips and beans on the side. I was like, WHAT?! Yes, please. While I was standing there talking to her, I grabbed a package of cookies for my 4 year old. I asked her what the total was, I brought a $20 bill. She replied, that will be $4 please. I was in shock. I paid, and of course tipped. And then the cook, who I think is her Dad, hands her my plate so she can cover it in foil so I can go. The portion for these two chicken tacos is amazing, and the chips and beans, in under 3 minutes...come on!!Unreal, and I will be going back tomorrow!!

Not sure about A1, but definitely at least a B+…read more A1 Mobile Catering is a food truck that happened to be the lunch truck of the day at Findlay Toyota. Since I was stuck waiting for service, I figured that I might as well eat in the meantime. In a sea of fast food and fried options, the tacos ($3.00 each) jumped out as some of the most relatively interesting and fresh items. They are well-portioned, each lasting 3 or 4 bites, and come with a lot of protein options. Al pastor and birria were both nicely spices, the latter carrying a small kick, while lengua and cabeza were both tasty and tender and both good pairings with the mild tomatillo salsa available in a customer-facing compartment. They also threw in a few chips with surprisingly interesting refried beans and shredded cheese. It wasn't a perfect experience though. The tortillas were kinda cooked but often got soggy pretty quickly despite the double layer. They provided lemons instead of the typical limes for garnish. And the employee handling the transaction briefly forgot that I'd already paid; there weren't even any other pending orders! Overall, I enjoyed having a surprise taqueria on wheels experience courtesy of A1 Mobile Catering. And since I'm running late now while writing this review, I'm really glad that I didn't starve on top of that.

They post on social media which restaurants are participating each week. There are usually 7 or 8 trucks to choose from and often include foods such as Maine lobster rolls, burgers, Mexican or other Latin cuisine, Hawaiian, ice cream, and/or shaved ice. The trucks park to the left of Lee's Discount Liquor on El Capitan so that area of the lot does get really congested even though there will still be parking available. I recommend parking towards Walgreens or even walking if you live nearby!

It's located in the parking lot of Walgreens and Lee's Discount Liquor. Cross streets are Farm and Durango, off of the N-95 and Durango exit. The hours are different based on the season. During winter, the hours are between 2:00 P.M - 6:00 P.M. During late spring and summer, the hours shift to later in the evening. Parking can be a little difficult. I'd recommend parking towards the Walgreens as the Food Trucks are situated in the parking lot next to Lee's Discount Liquor and there can be a lot of traffic in that location. Typically every week, there are a variety of different food trucks. When I had gone last Saturday, 1/9 the following food trucks were available Picanha Steak Truck Maize St. Street Kings lv Meats Gone Wild Flattops Burgers & Shakes Originally Curbside Cafe @Hot Diggity Dog Churros 101 The Cookie Bar This time, we decided to pick up goodies from the following locations - Flattops Burgers & Shakes Originally Curbside Cafe - Chicken Tenders, French Fries and a bottle of water - $11.00. The chicken tenders were okay. It was slightly overcooked and the chicken was dry. French Fries were thin and salty. Street Kings LV - Fried Chicken, French Fries, Chimichurri sauce - Approximately $10.00. Wow! Some of the best French Fries! The combination of all of the different ingredients was phenomenal. I'd recommend eating this inside your car instead of traveling with it. This will allow the food to stay fresh. The Cookie Bar - A variety of different cookies from chocolate chip, apple cider, and a few others! - $20. Some of the cookies are infused with alcohol, so make sure to check out the description for each cookie before buying. @Hot Diggity Dog - Their pulled pork sandwich, which was approximately $10.00. This was good, quite filling. The pulled pork needed extra seasonings though. The meat didn't have too much flavor. The BBQ sauce on-top was a good addition. I love the food truck Frenzy. We've already frequented the Churros 101 and Picanha Steak Truck, both are really scrumptious. I haven't had a bad meal yet at either! If you're in the Centennial area on a Saturday afternoon, you should check out Food Truck Frenzy!
