From the beginning, they genuinely cared about helping us solve the problem instead of just trying to sell us unnecessary repairs. Their honesty, experience, and commitment to customer satisfaction really set them apart. Our check engine light kept coming on because of the mass airflow sensor. I had replaced it myself at least a dozen times using a sensor purchased from a local auto parts store, but the problem always came back. Michelle's years of experience led her to suggest that the issue might be that the replacement sensor wasn't an OEM part.
