(My understanding is that the lobster in a Maine roll is cold and is dressed with mayo while the Connecticut lobster is served warm and is more buttery.) The video screen above the counter to this place mentions you can order it either way. The menu should also say this but whatever, this is just an FYI. If you don't specify a style, you will get the more popular Maine roll. I saw a number of people getting lobster rolls so apparently others are willing to spring the big bucks for this dish.
