Any commercial cookie place pre-bakes their cookies to lower the wait time for their customers. I love hiphop, I love music blasting. I'm hard of hearing so if I can't even think straight from the sound after being particularly deaf that's something. How did I know they were not wearing gloves? I asked them 2-3 times during the allotted time and when they answered they were not wearing gloves. Went I went the final time to the window I was watching the worker put our cookies in a container without gloves and he handed them to me. We didn't even eat the cookies because I didn't see gloves on at any point of the process. The reason for the 0/5 stars is the service ordering was odd, no one greeted me, the lights were off when I ordered for a good while. The cookies took way longer when they could be pre-made to quicken the customer experience. More visibility of the windows to see the actual process of all the food would help customers feel rest assured basic food safety and prevention of cross contamination.
