Had two of their carne asada tacos and lemme just say ... flavors on point . Often times I wish the meat in the tacos you typically get at ta k trucks was more seasoned . At this place it is done to perfection ( in my humble opinion ). If you are serving jury duty close by at the airport courthouse let this be the highlight of your day , as it was mine . Only minus a star for the grizzly pieces of meat, but some people are into that . Parking can be a little tricky too , but not bad . The service was friendly , with a smile , and quick for how busy they were !

My partner has been coming to this truck for 21 years!!! Fresh, very affordable, and they have super crispy chicharron. Evidently the truck is here 7 days a week. Perfect lunch on the go.

Just outstanding. I had the Mixtas and was blown away. Worth the 25 minute walk in the middle of a heatwave!

Amazing food truck. Affordable and delicious anytime of the day. Came here for lunch and got the Asada Burrito for $6. It was quick, fresh, and filling. I also noticed they have many meat options and seafood. They have everything from burritos to tacos and quesadillas. Make sure to ask for some chili sauce, jalapeños, radish, and carrots. Only thing bad was that they did not have the green sauce. It's parked on the main road and you can't miss it. There's construction at the time of this review so it was a little farther up than the yelp map indicated. Just drive a few blocks each direction and you should see the white/silver truck.

10/10 - Here's why: 1. We flew into LA, long story short, our rental car reservation failed us. So we were left stranded. Until we booked another rental car .5 mi down. We walked past this nutrition oasis filled with the best food. It was the promised land for me in that moment. 2. Cash only. 3. The best cooks. 4. The best little sitting area. 5. $1 bottled cold water. 6. $2 tacos - arguable some of the best tacos I've ever had.

This place was actually really good. I've never had seafood from a food truck before because the idea would always sketch me out. Sure, foot trucks aren't what they used to be but still, it's always scared me. Anyways! My boyfriend decided to have me come try this place because he had always seen it and I have to admit it wasn't bad at all! We had oysters (they were massive), aguachile , cabeza and lengua tacos, and we each got a shrimp burrito and a shrimp ceviche! The amount of aguachiles you get for $12 is crazy and they're so delicious and fresh! The ceviche needed way more salt and lime, it wasn't bad just under flavored. The cabeza and lengua tacos were delicious! And they give you guacamole with all your tacos!!! Free of charge not "$1 extra" wooooo! I'm coming back to this place!!

I have known about this place for over 25 years or more. I am hooked on their shrimp/seafood tostada. It has shrimp, octopus, and imitation crab, cucumber and avocado. They give you 4 or 5 tostadas shells it is very tasty and filling. I recently decided to try a chicken burrito. I was shocked because it was so good. Sometimes I take a friend or relative by there on our way to the beach and they are pleasantly surprised. It is from a truck but taste like a restaurant. I walk by there everyday at lunch time and there is always a line. I love this spot

Within a mile of my office there are two seafood themed taco trucks that I could swear are brothers, so I decided to figure out how they compared. In short, while both were perfectly fine with strengths and weaknesses of their own, neither really competed with what I think are some of the elite taco shops in the area like El Taco Toro or Maria's Ricos. Either way, behold, a heads up review of: Mariscos El Guero vs. Mariscos El Sabroso - fight! Star 1: How were the service and atmosphere? Both Guero and Sabroso, as I shall name them given their eerily comparable taco truck names, are fast and friendly with their service, but there's one notable difference between the two when it comes to your customer experience: parking. While Guero has abundant street parking around the truck, there is literally nowhere to park at virtually anytime of day around Sabroso. I tried to visit the trucks one right after the other but after circling for parking at Sabroso for several minutes I gave up and left. Even after work that same day I had to park illegally directly in front of Sabroso in order to get my tacos. This really isn't Sabroso's fault, but it's worth noting. Mariscos El Guero: Star (1) Mariscos El Sabroso: Star (1) Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? Both Guero and Sabroso price accordingly, and while Sabroso charges $2.00 per taco across the board and Guero charges $1.50 for most tacos and $2.00 for seafood tacos, of note is the tacos at Sabroso are notably larger than Guero and correlate with the higher price point. Mariscos El Guero: Star (2) Mariscos El Sabroso: Star (2) Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? At both Guero and Sabroso I ordered pastor and fish tacos, and at Guero I also ordered a chorizo taco as the tacos were clearly smaller. I'll just dissect the strengths and weaknesses of each taco component. When it came to the tortillas Sabroso was in my mind the clear winner, although of note is that both trucks dished up store bought tortillas. Sabroso's double bagged corn tortillas were simply better at holding everything in and didn't get soggy even under the weight of notably more ingredients. Regarding the meats, both trucks dished up average fillings, and neither blew me away. The fish at both spots was pretty weak, the pastor not shaved off of a spit, and the peripheral onions and cilantro just didn't come together in the fresh way that you can so often find in LA. Of note is that the salsa at Guero was better in my mind than what I had at Sabroso, so in total both of these trucks served tacos that were simply okay. Mariscos El Guero: Single Star (3) Mariscos El Sabroso: Single Star (3) Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could? El Taco Toro remains my favorite taco stand around this part of town, and even the little taco stand that's right there off of century in my mind has better meats than both Mariscos El Guero and Mariscos El Sabroso. That being the case, I can't say either of these spots will be in my regular rotation. Mariscos El Guero: No Star (3) Mariscos El Sabroso: No Star (3)

This is my first Mexican food truck I've tried in LA area so I'm not sure how to rate. The location is near airport, close to Alamo rental car. We ordered quesadilla & burrito. Both were awesome tasting. Burrito came with side veggies. The beans were huge in the burrito. Quesadilla came with variety of salads and enough for 2 people. Both only cost $10. Staff were friendly and happy. I wish hawaii had Mexican food truck like this.

I got a ceviche tostada and a coctel de camaron. Bomb! They definitely beat a lot of sea food restaurants out there.
