As much as I've enjoyed their pastas I have noticed a some decline and probable changes. I've been a couple of times recently in the last couple of months and every time the sauces seemed a bit watered down and less flavorful. I also remembered their pastas coming with garlic bread but I had to order garlic bread the last time. Anyways, the actual cook of the pasta has been consistently good so I can't complain there. They aren't the quickest to get your food out but for the overall quality I am pretty much always willing to wait for well prepared food. As for ambiance, I mean it's a food truck so not much to say there.

So I'm grateful, can't complain. My baby loves her spaghetti and churro every time we come. It's her go too spots! Unless she wants something salty instead of sweet, then we'll swap the churro for a pretzel. Staff is always friendly at all the trucks I've stopped at. This place can get very packed, but many tables to sit and we've always had the have to sit when needed.

At one point, one of the boys came extremely close to my table and into my personal space while I was eating. The mother did eventually call him away, but this was after the behavior had continued for a while. The staff remained calm, professional, and respectful. They did not yell or immediately ask the family to leave. They simply asked the father to take the children outside after the disruptive behavior continued. This wasn't about children being children. In fact, it was about safety, courtesy, and respecting other diners. Servers were carrying hot food, and guests like me were trying to enjoy a meal after a long workday, not navigate an unexpected obstacle course. On a positive note, FIRED Pizza's food is excellent. Their monthly rotating menus are creative and worth trying because there is always something new and interesting to look forward to. The staff, food, and service have made my dining experiences there enjoyable. Based on what I personally witnessed, FIRED Pizza handled a difficult situation appropriately, professionally, and with lots of patience.

There were several trucks including 3 taco trucks, Kosmos, Rolling Lumpia, Nikki's Create-a-bowl and 2 trucks that offered desserts. I can see this becoming a very happening spot as the weather warms up and I would love to see a little more variety the next time I go. The area is a little bit sketchy but once you're inside the gates, it's very clean with plenty of lighting. Also, there's parking in back if you're not comfortable parking on the street. Definitely recommend hitting this place up and trying a little bit of everything! Next time-crepes!
