The food had good flavor, which is the only reason I'm giving more than one star. Unfortunately, the long wait times, missing meal, lack of drink options, and poor service made the overall experience disappointing.

Apparently, when the server was supposed to refund the extra tip, she accidentally refunded the ENTIRE BILL and kept the tip. ‍ Now explain to me HOW that was my problem?! I specifically told her I wanted the entire transaction refunded so we could start over, and SHE chose to handle it differently. That was THEIR mistake, not mine. And the worst part? Instead of pulling me aside privately and explaining what happened, the manager brought this up IN FRONT OF THE FAMILY I WAS WITH. So now I'm sitting there being told I owe $150+ in front of my guests because of an error THEIR employee made months earlier. Talk about embarrassing. Thank God I'm in a position where I could afford to pay it, so I paid the outstanding amount AND my new bill that day -- over $300 out of pocket -- just to resolve the whole situation. I paid everything they said I owed for both visits, and I have never gone back since. And I WILL NEVER go back. Between the salty-ass food and the customer service, I'll take my money somewhere else. Just sharing my TRUE experience because I think customers deserve to know what happened.

If you are looking for superb Mexican cuisine in Santa Ana, you won't be disappointed at Mariscos La Sirena. Mariscos is by far, the best Mexican restaurant I've been to. Entertainment-wise, if you're the type of person who loves to listen to live music, then this place is for you. And yeah, did I mention they have attractive waitresses? They're like the Mexican version of hooters if you ask, and they've also got great food! From their menu, I personally fell in love with their micheladas with clamato and shrimp quesadilla. The ambience is very beach-like, so it's a great place to hang out with friends. They also have a full bar, Apart from the soothing ambiance, great food, and quick service, what's nice about Mariscos is that they have promos once in a while. Horrible service they have homeless drug addicts working for them which is a super close friend with the owner and hes harassing customers to buy drugs n if u tell them to go away they kick you out the parking structure. Never had i have such a bad experience with a restaurant while waiting on my family members. Dont recommend it to anyone. read more

You can also opt for chicken for the same price. We each got a drink - large freshly squeezed orange juice ($2.95), large horchata ($1.75), iced tea ($1.95). Just a word of caution. If you don't like your iced tea sweetened (uh, like me) then don't order it here. The tea is pre-sweetened and there's no returning it once you've had a sip. They also do not tell you it's pre-sweetened so unless you happen to ask, you won't know. The horchata was so-so...we've definitely had much better. This one needed more cinnamon. The OJ was really delicious though. Food arrived - I wasn't blown away at all. Lil guy's ham was pretty good. I had asked for his eggs over hard but they arrived less than over easy.
