When we arrived toward the end of breakfast service today, they weren't able to accommodate us due to a large party they were setting up for. Rather than turn us away, the manager walked us to the restaurant next door and asked them to honor our vouchers. Now that's how you do it!. Stellar service!! We did not finish our meal as it felt unsafe when they were fighting. We left our steaks and drinks half finished. There was no offer of a partial refund at all. "Oh that's a public part of the beach" is all they could say. What a waste. My children were exposed to this, we did not finish our food or drinks, and still had to pay the full $300 tab. Aside from this, the food was OKOKOK. MID-tier at best! Steak ($1,100 pesos) was tough. Tuna Poke was a terrible attempt and not tender at all. Oysters were extremely salty (not handled properly). AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Server was cool, and funny, he gets the 1 star, but management is terrible and unfriendly. Refuse to accept accountability or to offer ways to make amends. GO ELSEWHERE!
