I really liked the flavor and it paired perfectly with some wasabi soy sauce and rice once I got home with my loot. I asked if he is there everyday? I had not tried The Lumpia Truck before and it sounded good. The shell of the vegetarian lumpia was the best part unfortunately, and cooked perfectly. However, what was inside was a lot like someone had just poured a vegetable medley of corn, peas, and carrots inside without seasoning or anything else added for texture and flavor. I have had veggie lumpia before that had much more to offer. The sauce that came with was sort of like sweet mayo. It was also just okay but did add more flavor to the bland insides of the lumpia. It was so disappointing I probably wouldn't try it again unless I hear of a recipe change or improvement. I did find the service to be friendly and my order to be done in ten minutes as I was warned when I paid. I also appreciated the cold bottle of water for $2. Ambiance is the kind you would expect when you happen upon a food truck outside during lunchtime hours. I am also not sure what if anything offered here is vegan, just fyi. So-so experience. The portion sizes are generous and they have a good variety of flavors. I like that they serve the giant cones in a to-go box to avoid the mess, they are pretty hefty! Most recently I had a chocolate shake and while you may think that's boring, it was delicious. The ice cream was rich, the shake was thick and it was just what a milkshake should be. If you're looking for a sweet treat this is the perfect spot.

Their dragon burger was a quarter pound tri-tip patty with cheese, onion, pickles, and a special sauce. It was a really good burger in my opinion, I also liked the special sauce on it. It wasn't spicy or overpowering. The more I ate the burger, the tastier it became. It didn't come with lettuce or tomatoes which was fine with me. Service was pretty quick. The seasoned fries that came with it was crispy and yummy and seasoned right. Overall, the dragon burger was delicious. Excited to try their other items on the menu next time.
