Customer service was good, the horchata tasted like water, the flavor of the food was there but very little to no meat on my torta...

Crowded means that the food must be good !; we will have to try the food we just ordered.

Not your typical taco truck! Coco's tacos truck makes their own tortillas for the tacos. We ordered tacos al pastor and tripa and let me tell you, we loved them. We also ordered a delicious quesadilla al pastor. The quesadilla had pico de Gallo and crema and cilantro with onions inside with the cheese and pastor. It was a very generous size quesadilla. The tacos were garnish with radish and grilled onions and serrano peppers! I just love tacos that come with all of the toppings. Side story: the location is not the greatest and it looks a little bit dangerous to be out at night. My husband placed the order while I stayed in the car. I don't suggest that you go by yourself; take someone with you.

Besides Oakland. This is the best taco truck in Sacramento. The handmade mini tortillas for the tacos are 10/10. The meat choices are amazing. This truck is always busy throughout the whole day. They have all walks of life, all shades of color and all sorts of people from all around SACRAMENTO stop by here. The service is 10/10. The ambiance is in a tucked parking space next door to 7/11 and Clothes 4 Bros. Tons of parking and the best part you get your food and you get out quick. Amazing people who run this truck. Very genuine. We need one in the South Sacramento area. Highly recommended !!

My favorite taco spot in Sacramento and I've tried a lot of different taquerias! The carne asada is a must try. I used to live in the area and since I moved a bit further I still make the trip when I want tacos. Bonus: if you get the horchata it basically comes in a bucket!

Me gusta mucho la comida aquí y siempre que vengo el servicio está bien y rápido. Los tacos son mi favorito por las tortillas hechas a mano y la carne muy sabrosa. Las enchiladas también muy ricas (: poco picosas también. I love coming here and they never disappoint with the food! Lots of good menu items and very flavorful meat. se los recomiendo!

Ok so these are literally the best tacos in Sacramento. My friends and I usually hit up Chando's, but we decided to switch it up a bit today and found this truck and it was easily the best decision we made that night. I regret not getting more tacos here at the time but will definitely be back :) Let's start with the Al Pastor - beautifully flavorful, crisp and juicy, garnished with Cilantro, lime, onion and their homemade green salsa on top of some fresh handmade tortilla. Reminded me of some really really good pastor I had in Mexico city - definitely recommend! Cabeza - wow this has got to be some of the best Cabeza I've ever had. SUPER juicy and fatty, melting in your mouth and warming your heart. This is the kind of food that can bring about world peace. Not sure who Coco is (don't worry there's no Ernesto De La Cruz here), but Blanca was wonderfully hospitable and very easy to strike a conversation with. She mentioned that she was from Acapulco so I'd imagine that the tacos here resemble Acapulco food culture. Definitely drop by Coco's if your in the area!

Since I moved to Sacramento I been searching for a good taco truck. After a year of ehhh tacos I gave up. Until I was searching on yelp and it came out as hot and new. We ordered. I got asada (steak) tacos and a mexican coke. The lady was nice and the tacos came out quick. They were handmade tortillas and the meat was delicious. The guacamole sauce was spicy, but delicious. I like spicy and they definitely made me sweat. We were satisfied with the flavor and service. It is in a sketchy place, but the tacos are amazing ******update***** second time was better. Best sopes I ever had ever. The atole is homemade and delicious

At this point it feels like bait and switch -- why put it on the menu if you never have it? The low rating is mainly for the young lady at the register. She was rude, spent the whole time whispering to a guy who works there and laughing while looking at me. Felt disrespected as a customer. Found Beto's down the street instead. Decent food, decent prices, and they actually serve what's on their menu. Won't be back. 2. Short + Punchy No tripas, lengua, or cabeza. Ever. 4 visits in 7 days. Zero times did they have tripas, lengua, or cabeza. Starting to think the menu is false advertising. Register girl was rude too -- whispering + laughing at me with her coworker/BF the whole time. Beto's down the street has better food, better prices, and no attitude. Go there instead. 3. Balanced but Firm Frustrating experience Food here can be okay when they have it, but the inconsistency is a problem. I came 4 times in one week hoping for tripas, lengua, or cabeza and was told they were out every single time. If you don't carry menu items regularly, take them off the menu. Service also needs work. The teen at the register was whispering to another employee and laughing while taking my order. Made me uncomfortable. Beto's down the street doesn't have these issues -- they stock what they advertise and the service is solid.

And I cannot express in words how excited I was for this location to open up a few years back. So if you're tired from shopping head on over to the restaurant for delicious tacos! Or drop in for taco Tuesday when their street tacos are a little over $2 each. I usually order the carnitas (drooling, has the right amount of soft and crispy bites), carne asada, shrimp and fish tacos! I have also tried the quesadilla which is packed with meat so there's bang for my buck. They put a good amount of meat on the tacos and toppings as well, so I get full pretty fast because of all the protein. Can't forget to mention the complimentary, fresh salsa bar with the grilled onions and jalapeños! The chips are mostly fresh, I have gone on some days where it appears and tastes like the chips were double fried and stale. But overall, on most days, the chips are warm and fresh. The staff are friendly, hard-working and they keep the place spotless and clean! It's a taqueria I have gone to several times in the past and will keep going back to for the refreshing margaritas, yummy tacos and excellent customer service. FYI- I believe they offer slightly lower prices if you pay with cash versus paying with card so it might be a helpful thing to know for people who carry cash.
