We walked by this spot two days in a row not paying much attention to it. Today, while looking for a place to eat that had lobster and fried fish, it showed up in our search. My husband and I came to La Paz not only for the beaches, but also for the food. This place has been the highlight of our trip! The service was amazing and the food was even better! I also ordered the shrimp ceviche and that was delicious too! Party also ordered a fish dish, absolutely amazing! Shrimp with garlic sauce that was good, and a shrimp combo plate (coconut shrimp, fried shrimp, and shrimp stuffed with cheese and wrapped with bacon) that was ok. Came with papaya dipping sauce. FYI: This location is consistently higher priced than the other locations off the Malecon ~$20-30 pesos more per entree. The Chicharrones Mixtos was slightly overcooked and nearly room temperature by the time it made it to the table. They probably cooked it then waited for the other dish which was hot and fresh. Great food and ambiance. Right on the Malecon. Great prices. We enjoyed the filet of the day with vegetables and the mix shrimp platter.

Recommended by the locals as a seafood place enjoyed by the locals. Don't have to tell me twice. We ordered molchejate and shrimp rancheros. Amazingly delicious doesn't seem to be good enough - so fresh and wonderfully flavored. Will definitely go back and do recommend this place to others. read more

FanFreakingTastic! Started with Jamaica. It was perfect as jaimaice drinks should be. Not too sweet and not too tart. And especially not watered down. We then moved on to the Molcajete Aguachile. OMG! It was so delish I wanted to bath in the lemon, chile sauce. The fresh amd abundance of shrimp, octopus, clams, scallops and abalone with a hint of chile super yummy. I totally forgot about the table chips and salsa (Marlin Sauce) Devine! My sis got the Pescado Frito; they first brought her the fish to make sure she was good with it. Not only was it caught that am and enormous, but when it came out was perfectly flaky and after mouthfuls of ecstasy declared it indubitably wonderful. I ordered the Pulpo in Ajillo. My father always likes to take us here when we come to visit. Situated by the ocean, it's relaxing to feel the breeze while you dine in their open air patio. The server wasn't very attentive but that was fine since we came with an aunt who is local. I ordered the Agua de Jamaica (Hibiscus Tea).
