Fresh fish, fresh green salads, clean tasting food. Large portions, entrees enough to share. I would absolutely come here again for the food and convenient location. FYI: This location is consistently higher priced than the other locations off the Malecon ~$20-30 pesos more per entree. The Chicharrones Mixtos was slightly overcooked and nearly room temperature by the time it made it to the table. They probably cooked it then waited for the other dish which was hot and fresh. Still good. Great flavor and some heat on the house salsa presented with the chips. Well balanced and made in-house *YUM*

So so good! The salsa here was head and shoulders above the rest nearby - well seasoned and actually spicy. Want to come back! We ordered the whole fried red snapper and a ceviche. We preferred the red snapper but the ceviche was also good

Recommended by the locals as a seafood place enjoyed by the locals. Don't have to tell me twice. We ordered molchejate and shrimp rancheros. Amazingly delicious doesn't seem to be good enough - so fresh and wonderfully flavored. Will definitely go back and do recommend this place to others.

Great atmosphere and very good food. I had the ceviche de camaron and it was much better than I thought it would be. Service was excellent and friendly.

Outstanding ceviche, grilled octopus & Diablo shrimp, not to mention an incredible view of the bay. Very relaxed, great service & very reasonable prices for being on the malecon. Nice place to watch the sunset after walking around.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Fantastic seafood overlooking the bay at a good price. And the service was top notch. Highly recommend.

FanFreakingTastic! Started with Jamaica. It was perfect as jaimaice drinks should be. Not too sweet and not too tart. And especially not watered down. We then moved on to the Molcajete Aguachile. OMG! It was so delish I wanted to bath in the lemon, chile sauce. The fresh amd abundance of shrimp, octopus, clams, scallops and abalone with a hint of chile super yummy. I totally forgot about the table chips and salsa (Marlin Sauce) Devine! My sis got the Pescado Frito; they first brought her the fish to make sure she was good with it. Not only was it caught that am and enormous, but when it came out was perfectly flaky and after mouthfuls of ecstasy declared it indubitably wonderful. I ordered the Pulpo in Ajillo. I would show a picture but I got too excited and inhaled it. Trust me, also SUPER DELISH. Never got to dessert cuz tummy full and happy.

    Michelada - super refreshing

Great food and ambiance. Right on the Malecon. Great prices. We enjoyed the filet of the day with vegetables and the mix shrimp platter.

Looking at old photos of the exterior, it's no wonder we've passed this place up every time we've driven through. It was around evening time when we noticed their business sign -bright and vivid. We were familiar with the restaurant in Cabo so we knew the seafood would be good. We had to stop by as we were too starve to wait. We were greeted, seated and given menus immediately. A complimentary tea cup size fish broth arrived at our table; it was bland, but hot. I ordered my usual mixto civeche as my partner with her usual clams. Our food and drinks arrived in no time. While she had no complaints, unfortunately, my ceviche was not what I had expected. I figured since I liked the Toro Guero in Cabo so much, La Paz location would not disappoint. My mixto ceviche was dry and was missing seasoning. It was missing a "kick." Nonetheless, I lemoned it up and finished the entire dish without issues. Like I said, I was hungry. We returned today before our flight back home to San Diego. I wanted to try something new. The shrimp burrito was ok. Not alot of shrimp, too mushy due to guacamole and the tortilla fell apart....to heavy and wet. I used a fork to finish the rest. Staff members are attentive. I would return again and maybe try sometime different

We had bone marrow served with refried beans (Who knew this was a killer combo?!?), Caesar salad (fresh and traditional), fish tacos (savory and snappy with zest), elote (maybe the highlight of the night, perfectly prepared tender corn oozing with flavor), whole snapper roasted over mesquite, rib eye (perfect medium rare with crispy rendered fat)...oh man...what a treat! Probably my 6th time here over the last decade and they've always been good. They now might be at their peak. It's expensive, likely one of the most costly meals you'll have in La Paz - we ordered wines, drinks, multiple apps, entrees and desserts - and spent around $100 US each for a dinner that would cost twice as much stateside.
