    The receipt

I've been going to this place since they opened, but today I decided I won't be returning to dine in -- I'll stick to ordering food only, if anything. From day one, I noticed the drink prices were always inconsistent and there are never any prices listed on the menu. Today, I ordered one beer and my fiancé ordered two Palomas. My beer was listed as $15.99, and the Palomas were the same price. I asked the waitress about the charge, because there's no way a single beer should cost $15.99. She took the receipt, rolled her eyes at me like I was the problem, and came back to tell me that yes -- both cocktails were priced correctly. At that point, I just said "Okay, I won't be coming here anymore." The drink pricing is insane -- they're charging Cowboy Stadium prices at a restaurant next to a gas station. The food is good and reminds me of "Sinaloa". My other observation: Nothing against the Venezuelans but what is the obsession with hiring Venezuelan girls for a Mexican restaurant? I seen this since the day it opened and I can tell you guys that the welcoming and service is way better from a Mexican waiter than a Venezuelan, you are targeting Mexicans costumers for mexican food, and we are getting service from Venezuelan that have the looks but not the experience or to even care that much for a tip. This is repetitive experience throughout the years now. Again, the good is: the food. The bad is : the service and the drink prices. This ain't the cowboys stadium or a restaurant in a nice area.

Good seafood plate. Recommend it. Full of flavor and big serving.

Good food and prompt service. I had enough with the seafood soup I was going to order something else but this was enough.

This place is like being in Mexico. It's definitely a fun experience. The seafood was very good and fresh and service was decent. However, the restaurant is small and the music was turned up very loud so we had to shout and then they turned on the football game at full blast which was even worse. The drink prices are also outrageous. They didn't have the ingredients to make a margarita which was weird for an authentic Mexican. I ordered a mojito and a Paloma. My husband had a frozen beer-Rita and a vampiro. Each drink was between $17-$20. I should have known when there were no prices on the menu. I would expect that at a high end steakhouse but not a hole in a wall attached to a gas station.

We decided we wanted seafood AND a new-to-us place. We found Mariscos. They have an extensive menu and have seafood with Mexican-flavored dishes. I ordered Trio Ceviche which had fish, shrimp and octopus. My husband ordered Parillida Sinaloa - with beef, chicken, sausage, shrimp, tablitas, and a cheese quesadilla. Served with grilled bell pepper and onions and sauces. Complimentary tortilla chips and salsa were given. The salsa was really different. It wasn't red or green, kind of a yellow color with a little bit of a bite, but good flavor. Our order came in about 15-20 minutes. We arrived about 2 p.m. and there was only one other table there. The fajitas were still sizzling when served and my cold ceviche looked appetizing. On the menu, my ceviche was pictured in a 3-section divided platter, but mine came in one long platter with no division. This is a big mistake, because you have the juices of each different ceviche running into the other. I REALLY HATE my food running together. The shrimp ceviche was delicious. The fish was fine, but the octopus needed some work. The octopus was cubed, tough, and chewy. I love octopus and have had it in Portugal and Spain where it was perfectly prepared. I don't know if it needed to be cut thinner or maybe blanched first, but it wasn't right. My husband said the fajitas were good. His favorite was the chicken, which suprised me because he is definitely a beef man. He said the beef was a little overcooked, but the other parts were fine. Overall, if you like seafood and Mexican food, this was a nice choice. They are a little pricey, more dinner-time pricing (entrees $18-28), and they do have a bar. I'd suggest to the owners to maybe consider a lunch menu with smaller portions and a lower price point.

The food was fresh and good. The service was great servers were happy to help. The micheladas I definitely recommend to try. They even sell the mix! Give this place a try. The ambiance is good too!

Seafood: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: Casual, brightly lit, family friendly Awesome seafood spot in Little Elm! Trio Trio Ceviche was my absolute fave. And the Caldo Sinaloa was so delish! Coming back for the grilled octopus next time. Pro-tip: The Caldo Sinaloa is not spicy for folks who eat spicy on the regular. Add hot sauce if you please!

Mariscos Sinaloa has a good selection of seafood. The Michaela de Casa is huge and had pieces of dried fish. That was really good. The ceviche was okay, the shrimp cocktail wasn't bad, but the star of the show was the grilled octopus. I was so full from eating my ceviche but could not stop eating my friend's octopus dish. I believe the market price in June 2023 for the grilled octopus was about $30. Chill place in Little Elm.

Came here today for the first time, they have been in Little Elm, just recently, the food style is from Mexicos Pacific side, Sinaloa is a beautiful state with beautiful beaches and food, and we begin with the food, the food is plenty and for just about any tastes it's not all 100% Mexican, with fries and other delights This is a family place, so don't be shy to bring the kiddos, but they also have a nice selection of beers and mixed drinks. This place is on Eldorado, but can be somewhat hidden, it's near the post office next to the Chevron station, one caveat is the parking in front is limited, due to the gas station, but there is also parking in the back. That being said the food selection is huge, spiciness levels are acceptable, but you can add sauces to increase heat levels, they have some original salsa Huichol from the pacific, Huichol are natives of Mexico from that area. The wife had the Camarones Ala diabla (Devil shrimp) they were Super tasty and more garlic than heat and I appreciated that, this plate in other places is unedible due to the heat level,,here its perfect, the rice was perfect, the wife loved it. I had the seafood tower, which I thought was a bit smaller than anticipated, but trust me it was more than enough, very good ceviche type mix, set up as a tower, the black sauce it comes with was very good. To drink the wife had the agua de Jamaica (Hibiscus drink) I has a Pacifico beer michelada, it came topped with cucumber and jicama slaw in a nice spicy sauce. And to close it out we had a cheese cake which was good a d not overly sweet, this is a welcome edition to Little Elm, and if people go, they won't be disappointed, should do well.

Very delicious fajitas! The steak was fantastic and had the best flavor! The trio of ceviche was just ok - the flavors were all the same. The Michelada was enormous. Would definitely come back for fajitas!

    El Patron tostada. Huge portions!

Hands down the best ceviche and micheladas we've had outside of Mexico. We will definitely be back again to try more things on their menu. The waitresses were super helpful, and the atmosphere was so reminiscent of being in Mexico. Highly recommended.

Living in the Wildridge Community, I couldn't wait until this place opened - (we literally counted…read morethe days). I've been here 3 or 4 times with family and friends...and every time I come in I have a different experience. First time was the day of the "Opening". It was a somewhat disorganized. But I really didn't expect anything different, (totally understood because it just opened). 2nd time was super busy and I understood again; it was new, service was slow, but again they were new. 3rd time they had great entertainment, so I could totally tolerate the slow service because the entertainment was good. By now I consciously tolerated the slow service and decided it was worth it because the food was good! In the meantime, (weeks later) my daughter told me she ordered food to-go through Door Dash to pick up, and had to wait almost 30 min after she got there to get the food. She didn't complain, she said she had the time to wait. It's been open now 8 months and I put an order in to go yesterday with the worst experience yet! Tried to call four times to order food to-go, but we didn't get an answer and I left a message for them to call me back, but they never did (later the guy behind the bar told me it wasn't because they were that busy, but he explained there was only one phone and it was in the office on his desk!). WTH? Finally, we made the order online through Door Dash to pick up. I had out-of-town company that just drove in and they were starving, so I thought it would be perfect to order from Posh and Pours since it was so close to our house! Sadly it backfired on me! The Door Dash app showed that it would be ready at 7:07, I ordered it at 6:25. I went a little early, thinking it may be ready early (6:55). When I went in to pick it up, walked up to to the bar and told the guy behind the bar that I was picking up two different orders that my daughter and I had made on door dash, he casually turned around and asked the young lady working there to go check the Door Dash Orders. (He seemed too busy doing something else to even bother with me). She then walked over to an iPad and after reading something, she casually walks to the kitchen and I guess at that time puts an order in for the first time! Now keep in mind, the guy that asked her to check the orders on the iPad didn't care enough to relay the message that I told him I was picking up 2 orders! (Not sure he was really paying that much attention to what I was saying when I first spoke to him...very unengaged). I sat at the bar until about 7:25 (Remember Door Dash said it would be ready by 7:07). Finally after a while I caught her attention to ask her if she had put both orders in, and she acted really surprised, "2 orders"!? She only saw the one order! (Probably because that's all she was looking for)! Ugh...waited at the bar another 25 min...when she finally brought me the second order (first order had already gotten cold - it was now 7:55). The poor waitress, (obviously not happy to be there,) nor anyone else there had apologized, offered me something for my trouble, or said "thank you, and come back", NOTHING!! Service is sadly lacking, food is fair, management/owners don't seem to care or feel the need to give their customers a great experience to encourage them to return. I can't see this place lasting a year! Very sad!

They were not only beautifully crafted but absolutely delicious--each sip had us dreaming of swaying palm trees, ocean breezes, and a Hawaiian getaway. We loved both the Mai Tais and the Beachy Bookkeeper! We decided to share a few appetizers. The Meatballs al Forno was my favorite...packed with flavor and perfect for enjoying with friends over drinks. The Heirloom Tomato Burrata was okay however, the tomatoes didn't seem ripe and were hard and chewy. The Lobster in a Jar was tasty - on the pricey side if you ask me though... One of my favorite things about this spot is the ambiance. The lighting is low (and by low I am flat out dark where you almost can't see your hand in front of your face), creating a dark, cozy, and intimate atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. Whether you're catching up with friends, enjoying a date night, or simply looking for a place to escape for a few hours, the vibe here is spot on. The service was fantastic as well. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which only added to the experience. Tiki Tuesday has officially become one of my favorite weekly traditions. Great drinks, delicious appetizers, wonderful service, and a cozy atmosphere--what more could you ask for? I'll definitely be back next Tuesday for another little island escape. We went in on a Sunday afternoon so it was not too busy at the time. My girlfriend and I like to be seated at a "low top" because she has back issues with climbing up into higher seating. We don't mind waiting for that as inside "low tops" are limited. The hostess was very nice, as they always are. She took us to the middle of the venue to seat us and then walked away while we were waiting on our server. I stood up to walk around the table so that I could sit next to her instead of across from her. She stood up to move over and pulled out the chair next to her so she could sit back down. At that moment the new general manager walked up, and without offering any explaination, took the chair out of my girlfriend's hand and said, "We need this table for another party." He walked away and left us standing there without offering us another solution, and apology or calling the hostess over to seat us elsewhere. We were left standing there dumbfounded and looking around unsure of what to do. We started walking back toward the front of the venue as we spotted another open "low top" near there. At that same time the female hostess saw what had happened to us, and she started to walk toward us. Meanwhile, another male server - acting as host - seated some people at the new table we were about to get to with the hostess. We got mad and said, "it feels like someone is playing a game on us!" The hostess apologized as she could see we were aggitated. It was not her fault, and we do not blame her. We blame the rudeness of the general manager. We left to go eat somewhere else. This is not the first incident with this general manager, though. A few days prior, we were eating in there and had a good vantage point of one of the side kitchen entries off to the left of the bar toward the ffront half of the venue. A bus boy sloshed water all over the floor while moving wet dishes in a container back into the kitchen. He didn't have a chance to clean it up because he was buy walking back and forth doing other things. No big deal. The general manager walks up and proceeds to yell at another female server about the water who had absolutely nothing to do with the spill After she walks away, he did not take any real care to clean the spot up himself. He comes back after a minute to clean it up but not with a mop or anything. He takes two towels off the bar and mushes it around on the floor with his foot. He , then, proceeds to kick the wet towels under the bar before walking away. Talk about a safety and hygene issue. This kind of left a bad taste in our mouth. He does not treat his venue or his staff very nicely. We wantedd to get up and tell the other female server that we were sorry for her. This venue would be great if they would fire this rude and sloppy general manager. It's a shame because this used to be one of our favorite venues to go to all the time. The experience is starting to feel cheapened and sullied now.
