This was my first ever crab boil! I built my own boil bag and bf got the Caribbean. Bf got a steal for sure. So much crawfish and shrimp for the price. He said the shrimp was amazing and it came out of the shell with no resistance. I got a snow crab cluster and lobster tail with corn in the garlic sauce (I don't like spice). Tbh, I wouldn't recommend this sauce. It was strong garlic flavor to the point of almost burning my mouth. They give you a tiny thing of butter to go with but it tasted like what you put on movie theater popcorn (that being said, I did completely finish the butter). Bf and I both completely finished our meals with nothing left behind. We thought the value was decently good and our server was attentive. The butter was weird, though, and we were not offered lemons or any lemon flavor. For my first crab boil I would say I enjoyed it. Just don't get the garlic butter sauce. read more

Came here for the first time based on a recommendation from a friend and had a really great experience overall! The vibe was fun and lively, and my server was super down to earth and chill. He was friendly, incredibly patient, and handled everything with ease -- even when the guys behind me kept asking him the same questions over and over. He never lost his cool and answered them every time with a smile. Since it was my first visit, he also took the time to walk me through the different sauce options which I really appreciated. I ended up ordering the Caribbean sack, which came with crawfish, shrimp, a potato, corn, and sausage, and I added an extra corn and sausage cause those are always my favorite :) I ended up choosing the original seasoning because I overheard my server telling the guys behind me the next one up is a pretty big jump and kick -- in hindsight, I probably should've gone one level up but I suppose that just means I'll have to come back and try again! The seasoning itself was more of a thick, chunky sauce (the server described it as an "everything but the kitchen sink" type of seasoning), which was different from what I'm used to. My family usually makes our seafood boils with more of a liquid-based, cooked in a pot with a seasoning bag rather than coated in something so heavy. Because of that, I ended up taking a paper towel and wiping the sauce off the corn but h didn't mind it coating the crawfish and shrimp. Those guys were HUGE and incredibly juicy, which more than made up for all the goopy sauce. All in all, it was a delicious dinner with great service, a fun atmosphere, and solid seafood! Wow! What a find!!! We stopped in last night and had 2 wonderful crab dinners with excellent, friendly service. Snow crab was large and sweet and the Dungeness crab was as hoped/expected. Both were cooked just right. Our Moscow Mules were perfect and not too sweet. Justin took care of us and was helpful and attentive. This has been my absolutely favorite place for the last year. Shrimp is always large and cooked well. Best price too at $16.99. Oysters Rockefeller were delicious and a meal all in its own. Boil bags have always came out within 5 mins. Last couple times we've been here have been a little confusing though. The sauce has been veryyy thin last two times. This was our favorite place because the sauce was always super thick and scoop-able. Last time right when walking in the door, we were told there is only one waitress so to please be patient. The table next to us seemed tired of their long wait for hamburgers (who goes to the Crab Station for a burger, tbh). If you order a boil, it comes out super quick! Luckily the owner is always helping out and giving excellent service. Hopefully more staff can be hired to ensure this place stays busy. I believe in you Crab Station! read more

Was craving some cooked oysters and crab so we went here and it was great. Here's what I ordered: 6 charbroiled oysters, 6 Rockefeller oysters, 2 snow crab clusters, 1/2 lbs shrimp 1 lbs crawfish. Later we added another order of snow crab clustersService was good but they may need to up their staff because when the rush comes it, you could tell they were overwhelmed. Oysters were cooked perfectly! Although the meat was on the smaller side, taste was great. For the first batch of the boil, I thought they had overcooked it a little. My corn was mushy, the crab was a little too soft. My bf thought they were real stingy with the sauce. The second batch the sauce was more and the crab was cooked perfectly. This wasn't entirely pleasant.. For $15 you should get a little more calamari that is a lot bigger than a dipping cup . This is probably the lowest point of my calamari experience yet. If you look at my other reviews, you can see my past experiences with better calamari. Look at this abomination in picture two - a plate so inelegant it makes a jack-in-the-Box look posh. I have visited this location before and had good experiences. Tonight I don't know what is going on but there is lack of training. I ordered a pretty big order including a station gumbo. Asked the young lady helping me that it was gumbo she placed the order for and she stated yes even though the ticket said differently of course I get it home and it is not gumbo. It is station pan roast which is completely different than what I asked for. On top of that someone else stepped in and helped with the order but it was still wrong. The amount of money paid and the service I received, even tipped, then driving 30 mins home with the food to receive the wrong thing was just frustrating. We went on a Sunday evening. When we arrived, we were seated within a few minutes. They have tvs which was good so we were able to watch the football game. Inside is dimly lit and not very bright. Server took our order - we got calamari, shrimp poboy, one of the medium sacks + two eggs (forgot the name... maybe Arctic) to share between myself and two children), fries and rice as sides. We were given the bibs, gloves, and crackers to help open crab legs. Everything was really good and tasty. We only had a few shrimp and potato left. My friends and I had a wonderful get together at this Crab Station location. The menus were accessible and clearly labeled with pricing, however they need to specify that it's that seafood item $ by the lb, otherwise newer customers who have never been to a seafood boil restaurant would have no idea what they're getting into. Overall the place was decorated well and visually appealing. Lighting was adequate and overall ambiance was fun/comfortable and casual. There was only a couple workers on the floor but they were sure scrambling as more and more customers came streaming in. Thankfully we didn't have too big of an issue with staffing, but there were times during our evening where we were just waiting on the waitress to come back. Generally, our drinks were replenished on time and when we did have any issues (one of my friend's seafood sack came out lukewarm), it was addressed quickly by staff. The food itself was delicious. They had given the wrong bags to us and by the time we realized we were close to full. My wife and I were staying at the hotel across the way and stopped in for a low-key visit. We sat at the bar, ordered a beer, and split a crab claw appetizer. The claws tasted old and stringy, like they'd been sitting around far longer than they should have, and they were dried out enough that neither of us finished them. When we asked for the check, a 20% gratuity had already been added. We were told this tip was mandatory, even though it was just the two of us sitting at the bar. I crossed out the 20% and wrote in a $4.00 tip instead. Later, when my credit card alert came through, I saw that the $4.00 had been added on top of the original 20% that was already pre-charged. I tried to follow up afterward and ran into a wall. Their website has been offline for months and currently goes nowhere. There's no corporate contact information listed anywhere that I could find. When I spoke with staff at the location, they said they couldn't help and that everything was "corporate policy," full stop. At the end of the day, this feels like a setup aimed at capturing hotel foot traffic rather than earning repeat customers. We visited the crab station this past weekend while in town. We had a younger boy as our server. He brought the check over to us and demanded a card. He then stood over my shoulder while I signed my receipt and left a tip for 10.00. I returned home to an extra charge on my card from the restaurant. The server changed the tip about from 10.00 to 30+. Food tasted good I would recommend double checking charges when using your card for dine in service. I could deal with the higher prices for good flavor. However, the crawfish boil had alot dead ones cooked in there and I can tell when they smell bad or mushy. We didn't mind because we weren't in any hurry and it was clear to us after a while that he seemed to be running the whole show by himself- multiple tables plus bar- so major props to him. This was my first time dining in at this location and me and my family had a blast!! Our waiter D was amazing!!! He was very accommodating and patient with us. The manager (blond hair with tattoos) also was very accommodating to us. We ordered a station gumbo for an appetizer and it didn't come out correct . Long story short, we had another mishap with the gumbo however, the manager not only made it to go for us in 3 separate containers, he also comped the gumbo without us asking so that's what gave them the extra star instead of 3. The station gumbo without sausage was good but needs a little more flavor / seasoning but the amount of seafood was great. The Cajun garlic parm wings were HITTING!!! I would come back just for that. Super good!! I got them fried extra hard and it was perfect. The plain garlic noodles were also very good! I would order them again with seafood. The boils were also good according to my cousins (I'm allergic to oranges so I wasn't able to eat their house sauce. Came in tonight at 9:10pm exactly and was looked at like we were crazy and told that the kitchen was "already closed". I mentioned that they had almost an hour till closing time which was at 10pm, she then proceeded to lie and say that last call was at 8pm. I knew she was lying because she was stuttering. Then she asked another lady if we could be served, she tells us we can order to go but not dine in. I got the vibe they just didn't want to serve us and they were extremely rude. And how would they be able to still cook an order to go if the kitchen was supposedly closed??? I used to work in the industry and was always told that we had to server customers up until the very last minute we closed.
