When Linda helps me, everything is smooth, professional, and she truly appreciates her customers. ​However, dealing with Ben is consistently a frustrating experience. On multiple occasions, he has been rude and mean over the phone, even going so far as to hang up on me. When I come in to pick up my weekly orders, he intentionally makes us wait and responds with attitude and disrespect when we politely ask for our items. As a high-volume, loyal customer, this level of poor customer service and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. ​That was my last order with them--they have officially lost a customer.
