The technician proceeded to tell me he did an evaluation of what was wrong and the fee would be $75.00. Um.. no. I already know what is wrong with it, I only need a quote to place it. We are not repairing a 21 year old furnace. They backed stepped the service fee since there was an obvious miss-communication Their quote was $1,500.00 more than the company our property manager uses. So we went with them. There has been a pervasive smell in my home for no less than the past three years, at times smelling of sewage, other times natural gas. DTE has come out no less than three times but eventually the smells came back. Eric almost immediately sourced out where the smell was coming from, which he fixed. The smell is gone! Elvira, and who I believe is her daughter, are efficient and knowledgeable. For the fitting, Elvira's daughter (I didn't catch her name, sorry!) helped me and made sure I was comfortable with the additions, ensuring I wasn't just agreeing to be compliant. When I went back to pick up the finished dress, a week later, I tried it on and it was perfect. Then I talked to Elvira about making me a dress that I've been dreaming of.
