Norio did a great job, he commented that the tuning pins were quite tight (which is good for us, but not for him). Since the piano was so out of tune this time, we are having him return in 3 months to check the tuning again. One interesting tidbit, Norio has tuned the pianos for many famous musicians. You should chat with him about all the players he's tuned for. He's truly a master at his craft.

In addition to being an exceptional piano tuner, Dave has been able to resolve of any piano problem that I have brought up to him. We're moving this Friday and he said that there wasn't enough time to fix the wheel. But he gave us directions on what we could do and gave us instructions on how to do the repair.
