    Higher prices, half the food
    Troy W.

sweet & sour chicken! I get no veggies, as my palate doesn't like that UPDATE: Ordered online like before, and got HALF the portion I've gotten over and over before. I called thinking perhaps it got sent out before the rest was put in the container. I was told it's always been this portion & "I cook today. I know what I'm doing!" Well, I won't Ever recommend them again. As I did today. I apologized to my coworkers for leading them astray. I will not be back. They don't get a second chance to rip me off.

Incredible Chinese food! We had been craving takeout Chinese for a while and just had not found the right time. We're so glad we stop by for lunch. The food was incredible. We got the general chows chicken, sesame chicken and an eggroll. Everything was fresh and crispy. The sauce was so delicious. The people at the store were very nice, and the food came out so quickly. We will be back!

General tso's and fried dough, I mean, crab Rangoon??
    Taylor M.

General Tso's Chicken: $7.50 Crab Rangoon: $5 Soda: $2 $14.50 total.. With no other patrons in the restaurant it took them about 1min 45secs to make my order...Including frying crab Rangoon....(was obviously pre-fried once, gross) General tso's was barely warm, vegetables raw, and very little rice. Crab Rangoon was a straight slap in the face. It was fried dough at best. Next to no filling... Soda was a little flat, but was the best part of the meal. Obviously it's easy to knock on a crappy Chinese restaurant. I wouldn't have given a review if it wasn't for how overpriced it was. Food theft at its finest. Goodbye Mr. Mark Pi!! Will not be coming back.

Got carry out on a cold snowy night. This place gets bonus points for reliability! They were the only Chinese carry out place open. Service was really fast. The menu has a lot of choices which is great. Food was average tasting but a good deal! Most entrees are around $7. Would recommend in a pinch or late night!

Everything you order and no frills which is great. Cheap and very fast- my order of almond chicken was $7 and ready in 5 minutes!

I love Mark Pi's food. I love that they are on Door Dash as well, because sometimes I just don't want to drive. We got Chicken Lo Mein and Hot Pepper Chicken, and 2 ordered of crab Rangoon. Without the Door Dash service fee and tip, it was $25, which I think is absolutely reasonable. The food quality is fantastic, I'm obsessed. Delicious!

Sometimes you just need some good cheap Chinese food. Mark Pi's gets the job done for me. I've had several different items for takeout here and all have been pretty good. This time I ordered the vegetable fried rice. Portion size is pretty decent and it's made quick. I do wish there were more descriptions or pictures of the food online or the grub hub app because sometimes I'm not sure which thing is which.

The off the menu dessert, deep fried bananas covered in chocolate syrup and powdered sugar.

The workers were not very friendly and the food was mediocre. I've had this a few times and this was my last. There's better options nearby.

I gave this location Mark Pi, its last chance 2 weeks ago. Their food was worsened vs OSU hospital. Don't even bother.

I arrived at noon and the parking lot was already pretty full for this very unassuming Chinese…read morerestaurant from the outside. There is plenty of free parking which is nice. When I walked in the atmosphere was great, I could smell good food and heard conversations. There's a large area with large round tables to right and to the left are booths and almost all of them were full. The menu was a mix of Americanized Chinese, traditional Chinese and included Dim Sum as well. There were a number of dishes we didn't know much about and there were dishes being enjoyed by other customers that looked delicious. The wait staff was more than happy to explain the dishes and/or show us on the menu what someone was eating. They took very good care of us and shared the tasks of bringing our food, filling water, and just checking in. Now the food. The food came out very quickly! We all received a well filled bowl of rice. First out was the string beans, perfectly cooked, not droopy, and the flavors of garlic and hot peppers. Even though the peppers were there the heat was not overpowering at all. Next was the shredded pork with garlic sauce. The textures of the pork and bamboo shoots were a nice contrast and the sauce was perfectly balanced and craveable. The special grilled lamb, I was told, was some of the best in the city. It was tender and well spiced. Even when he said he was full he just couldn't stop eating it. For the dim sum order we got the shrimp dumplings, soup dumplings, scallion pancake, and sesame balls and they brought a soy sauce and a chili oil with them. The shrimp dumplings were tender but the dough was pretty sticky. I think this is normal and they were tasty with some of the oil on them. The scallion pancakes were very thin and gummy, this is the only thing we ordered that I would not get again. The soup dumplings were very small but packed a lot of flavor. The dough did stick together a bit so unfortunately some of the soup did leak out. The sesame balls were the hit and we're just the right amount of sweetness that we considered them desert. They were large, at least 2" in size, with a wonderful sesame seed covered exterior and a soft, sweet center. Chuan Jiang Hao Zi is a wonderful somewhat hidden gem. If you want traditional Chinese cuisine including all the different offal they have it and I would totally try it here over anyone else if I was brave enough. Portions were a good size for the price. I highly recommend checking them out!

Spicy Dumplings w/ chili oil - Excellent Crab Rangoons -…read moreAbove Average+ My family ordered Mongolian Beef, Kung Pao Chicken & Hunan Chicken. I had the Kung Pao Chicken & it was by far the best I'd ever eaten. So many layers of flavor & heat. (a bit spicy for me, but I struggled through & loved every bite) Will definitely be back to explore some of the more "exotic" dishes on the menu. (Wasn't feeling to adventurous this trip) The restaurant was well decorated & the staff took great care of us. (saw a large selection of dumplings at this place too.....definitely be back to try those)

Plus, I figured hibachi can take awhile, and I usually don't have a long time for lunch. Today I had a little more time, and I made a point to head over. It is a bit out of the commercial sprawl at the corner. Look for the food truck, that's the first thing I saw, and it helped me find where to turn in. I wasn't sure if there would be dine in, but there is, plenty of seating inside and out. Inside there are seats at the counter, plus booths, plus I think a couple tables. Menu is pretty basic: hibachi and a few sides. I got steak and chicken, with fried rice, and you pick two vegetables so I picked cabbage and bean sprouts. You get a Yum Yum sauce, and you can add others, but I didn't need them. And the sauce container they gave me was plenty big. The steak was tender and perfectly cooked, the chicken was tender and flavorful, cooked in a nice sauce. The fried rice was great. The vegetables were perfectly cooked. And it all came out in about five minutes. They had a steady stream of carry out customers, but they still got mine on the grill, apparently as soon as I ordered it. Fast and good, and competitively priced for hibachi. A big portion, but not a huge, two days' worth of leftovers portion. But I was stuffed and couldn't finish it all. When I saw the drink cooler with just water and a few juices, I figured I'd have to go with those, but they do have fountain drinks. And they actually have a pretty good variety, cola, diet cola, cream soda, blueberry, cherry I think, and a few others. Anyway, several pleasant surprises, the food lived up to its reputation, I was in and out fast, and for not a whole lot of money in this day and age. I will be back.
