    Pumpkin Cheesecake
    Kareen F.

I'm giving this a 3-star rating overall, and that's only because the cinnamon roll was good. I ordered the pumpkin cheesecake, which cost $11.25 and was unfortunately terrible. When I mentioned it to the gentleman at the counter, his response was simply "oh, I'm sorry," said in a dismissive, "too bad" manner, with no offer to replace it or make it right. I ended up purchasing the cinnamon role and there was no discount or acknowledgment of the issue. Disappointing experience, especially given the price and lack of customer service.

What an amazing experience this place is, from the moment you walk in you feel welcome. My daughter is gluten free and no dairy and we just found the perfect spot for us in Orlando. She ordered the mojo pork trop chop bowl with a side of yuca frita and it was really delicious and flavorful. The portions are big enough for two people. Vegan and gluten free pastries and ice cream. If you are looking for a GF / VG restaurant, come check this place out!

    Chikn Alfredo with Garlic Knot

This place is insanely good! Everything is vegan, I tried the alfredo pasta with vegan chicken and garlic knot, and I had a brownie for dessert. I had a mango Jarrito for my drink. The alfredo pasta was so creamy and decadent, exactly how I like my alfredo pasta. The garlic knot was garlicky and soft. The vegan chicken tasted like a shredded chicken texture and was well-seasoned. It was also a large portion and I had enough to take home for a great separate dinner. The brownie was so chocolatey and delicious! The customer service was great, they were helpful with answering all my questions. The place itself is very chill, they have a lot of seating available. It's also a small indoor market, so there's lots of interesting items to browse through.

Soooo many options!!! My husband is a vegetarian so we had to check this place out when we were in Orlando. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and so clean and the vibes are just amazing. We tried the fried chicken dinner and the shrimp tacos. The food was flavorful! Will come back next time we're in Orlando!

Love the new set up!! I was pleasantly surprised to find Vegan Scoops here! It was very loud and cramped inside but that wouldn't keep me away.

Update: Market on South is temporarily closed for renovations. Looking forward to their reopening! Two fantastic plant-based restaurants are here, and both are excellent!! Dharma's Southern Kitchen and Valhalla Bakery. Dharma's vegan take on popular southern cuisine is outstanding. Their potato salad is one of the best, and my favorite is their TLT (tempeh lettuce tomato). Valhalla has a fantastic variety of vegan desserts. This is the place to come for the best and most delicious options I've ever seen!

Runny Vegan "Egg" ... interesting but wouldn't get again, way too salty and sulfurous
    Jessi M.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday to try Vegan Coops but I guess the food vendor is A LO VEGANO so we ordered from the kiosk, which was a very intimidating experience with a line of people behind me as I tried ordering and didn't know what to get. There's no service here and it took forever to get our food. I ordered for dine in but got my food in a to-go box 30 mins later after I had to check in to see what was going on. Not sure I made a good food choice this time because I definitely didn't feel like my meal was worth $18 + another $18 in drinks and treats. The cookie puck was just that, a hard a$$ puck of chocolate chip cookie with super sweet thick frosting and sprinkles on top. Toddler wouldn't eat it so we had to lol the macaroon was alright but I wouldn't pay $4 for another one. The food that finally came out was completely drenched in oil and full of salt. All I could taste on the plant-based sunny side up eggs was the sulfurous black salt they overused. The yuca was good but not $5 for a side. Overall wasn't impressed at all by this experience but apparently other people are because I was surprised to see a line out the door so business is good. Hopefully this was just a bad choice and bad luck on my part. If I lived in the area, I would probably give it a try again.

Cereal Milk Latte (Oops all berries)
    Alison B.

I stopped in here while my car was being worked on nearby. They had a seasonal Galentines Day menu so I tried a latte that was made with cereal milk (oops all berries captain crunch). I haven't visited in a while so the inside decor has changed but still very cozy. I was taken aback at the $9 cost of my drink. When the barista brought me my drink they said I could keep the mason jar and that if I brought my own jar I could save $1. The baristas were very kind and welcoming.

Yumm Yumm Yumm, came here immediately after the leaving the vegan block party! Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by a gentleman that guided us too the right place too order. This was absolutely delicious and the picture doesn't even do it any justice. Any dessert that comes warm with cold ice cream is always a yummy treat oh my goodness. This specific dessert was the "Churro cake hot plate" its description is a warm soft Churro Cake topped with Vanilla Bean Ice cream, Spiced Brown Sugar Glaze and Organic cinnamon. This place is really cute and cozy, it has indoor seating and out door seating. There's also games available too play inside as well as merch and a clean bathroom is always a win . They offer food items as well, so if you're looking for a cozy place to eat and have a tasty vegan desert after this is the place!

Whipped coffee , and cafe con leche

Customer service is amazing! You are greeted as soon as you walk in and feel right at home. The gentlemen that made our coffee and deserts went above and beyond. I thought he was the owner just based off how much he cared! Shout out to this amazing team and the food and products they produce!

We really enjoyed this place today. Everyone got something different. I received a buffalo chicken sandwich with Aoli sauce and it was phenomenal! There was a chipotle chicken sandwich, that was spicy, tastes like there is bitch'n sauce on it, with a lil extra kick. The Apple pie puff pastry crust with Apple pie filling. I got the cold pressed juices as well I'm very pleased with this place and the service was excellent. The space was very nice and eclectic.

After looking through the reviews, I knew that I wanted to get the toonah sensation wrap. The woman at the counter was very friendly and nice. The restaurant is so cute and has a Latin earthy vibe in downtown Orlando. I love the colorful and modern aesthetic. It took about 10 minutes for my food to be ready as I did get it to go. The toonah sensation wrap is a vegan take on a tuna wrap. I loved how fresh it tasted. The chickpea toonah literally had me second guessing if I was eating fish. The kale and other veggies were very fresh and honestly, it was so filling eating just half of the wrap. The plantain chips were a great side to the wrap. I really want to come back for their brunch and dine in the restaurant as they have some outdoor seating. This place is great for vegans and people are just looking for healthier and lighter food options with a twist!

We decided to order takeout from Bombay Street Kitchen, and I have to say, we were genuinely impressed. The portion sizes were generous, the food arrived fresh, and the quality exceeded our expectations. I had the Chicken Korma, which was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Goat Curry, and it was outstanding--tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. From the moment we opened the containers, the incredible aroma filled the room. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors, perfectly seasoned, and made with obvious care and passion. If you're looking for outstanding Indian cuisine with generous portions, exceptional quality, and amazing customer service, I highly recommend Bombay Street Kitchen. This is one of the best menus I've seen in the United States for Desi food, and true to Orlando style, they also have some "asian" dishes / cool combos of Chinese & Indian on the menu. I have never seen so many restaurants with two/hybrid/fusion menus as I have in Orlando! We got Hakka Noodles, Pani Puri, Masala Dosa, Palak Paneer & Chai. Pani Puri came assembled already and in a cute little wagon. Everything tasted amazing!! Tasted fresh-made with fresh ground spices & tasty ingredients. It was very reasonably priced, and the food came out fast. We didn't finish it all & they were prompt with the to go containers. Definitely going back. Thanks you guys!

We went for the Thali, and it arrived like a feast--beautifully presented with a wide variety of dishes that felt both generous and thoughtfully prepared. The portions are no joke here; it's the kind of meal that keeps you going back for "just one more bite." What's even better is that they're happy to offer additional servings if you're still hungry, which makes the experience feel warm and hospitable rather than transactional. Flavor-wise, the food really shines. Each component of the Thali carries its own personality--rich, aromatic, and rooted in tradition. You can tell the kitchen isn't cutting corners when it comes to spices and authenticity. That said, a few items leaned a bit on the salty side for my taste. It didn't take away from the overall enjoyment, but it was noticeable enough to stand out among otherwise well-balanced dishes. All in all, it's a place that delivers on both quantity and authenticity. If you're craving a hearty South Indian meal that feels close to home-style cooking, Madras Cafe is definitely worth the visit. Come hungry--you'll need the appetite.

There were several places to choose from, but this one seemed like a good fit because it wasn't overly loud, and we wanted to be able to hear each other. We initially sat outside, but we were told they had stopped serving the outdoor seating area, so we moved inside. Rather than wait for a server, we decided to order directly from the bar since it seemed like the faster option. There weren't enough seats at the bar for our group of five, so we grabbed a nearby booth. The bartender was friendly, and our drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Although people were not coming in, but some people were eating, and enjoying drinks throughout the restaurant, it seemed like the staff had started cleaning up for the night. A server came over, and we explained that we were only there for drinks. After we received our drinks from the bar, he returned and told us that we would soon have to get up so he could clean the table. Seriously? I looked around and saw several other tables where some guests were simply sitting, talking, and enjoying their drinks. They weren't eating either. It made us feel as though, because we had only ordered beverages, we weren't as welcome as everyone else. I chose not to let one person's behavior ruin our evening because I'd rather believe that one employee doesn't represent the entire establishment. In fact, the bartender was great, and the drinks were very well made. What disappointed me was the server's attitude. I wasn't aware that ordering drinks at a restaurant with a full bar wasn't enough to be considered a paying customer, especially when there weren't enough bar stools to accommodate our group. His approach came across as rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Needless to say, we were not going to get up until we had finished out drinks, and we did not. I may return to try the food because the drinks were impressive, but if I ever encounter that same server again, I definitely won't be sitting in his section.
