This was the best breakfast burrito I've had in a long time! It was so good that I forgot to take a picture of the burrito after I unwrapped it. Papi's is a small counter in East End Market with a limited menu, but there's something for everyone. I ordered the Colfax burrito, which has egg, cheese and potatoes. The cheese ratio was perfect, the flavors were also perfectly balanced and the green sauce that came on the side was delicious. The owner was also really nice and made an effort to get to know us by asking about our plans for the day. Papi's burrito is located in East End Market. The menu is rather small, but the burritos are amazing.. The dining area consist of a table top bar with barstools if you choose to dine inside or you can take your food to go and sit outside. The service is great! Majority of the time the lady who owns the business is the one serving burritos so ask questions as she loves to tell her backstory I purchased the Colfax burrito, which is the vegetarian burrito. It was absolutely amazing. I crave the Colfax burrito. Parking can be a little difficult as the area gets very congested so be prepared to potentially do a couple of laps around the parking lot to find a parking spot. This is a great breakfast spot and there's a coffee shop right next to Papi's and if you feel like browsing through the other stores. You can take your time and shop or sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. I will definitely be back to enjoy another breakfast burrito. Cheers read more

I have a breakfast burrito place now! Never been much of a brakefast burrito guy. Only had a memory of an awesome one I had at Colorado one time. So as I was getting coffee at Lineage (shout out) this place caught my eye. The: federal chorizo burrito delivers! It's a hearty portion of chorizo, egg and yummy potatoes blended with that amazing Colorado style green sauce. Just the right amount of spice and tangy sauce. A nice side treat was the GUASACACA side sauce, don't let the name fool you this creamy garliky chimichurry like sauce from Venezuela that they give you with a cute wooden scoop goes perfectly with the burrito. Great to eat at the market or to carry around. Come give it a try you will love it. The staff was so nice, shared some stories and explained all the food well. Wow ... I think this may have been the best vegan breakfast burrito I've ever had! Papi's is located inside East End Market, and has a small menu with grab-and-go options so you don't have to wait for your food. I was craving a breakfast burrito and remembered this place just opened last time I was at east end market. I got the chorizo burrito "for here". I sat at one of the open seats on the bench and was quickly served. It's a simple menu offering but it's because they know what to do and do it well! Being from California I've grown up on breakfast burritos I've had many of them in many different places across the country In all of the areas I've lived I've looked for them to find what's good and what I had here was a poor excuse for what a breakfast burrito should be! My burrito to start I could tell that it had been sitting for a while because of the crisp on the tortilla as it was from sitting on a hot plate not the good sear that one would want on a burrito, second its contents were very bland and just not appetizing at all especially the chorizo which lacked any real flavor, the burrito was also lacking green chili salsa all together it's either that or it was what was mixed in the interesting crema sauce that came on the side it was this that I wasn't sure why it would be with a breakfast burrito as this style sauce I've always found it with mariscos so this too was kinda surprising but it wasn't bad just a little bland as well, pretty much this burrito wasn't much better than a microwave burrito as I totally got that vibe from it on more than one bit! However the one thing here that was over the top was their orange juice as it was fresh squeezed right infront of me making for some delicious orange juice with every sip! The lady working the counter was very nice and friendly as well as very busy as she was attending to several guests at once and still making contact with each of them as she got those orders out and took more! Overall I'll be straight up and say this was one of the worst breakfast burritos I've ever had as no breakfast burrito should ever remind you of something that's frozen when it definitely wasn't that way to start with. read more

A new spot is opening at East End Market! I've been on the search for a new grab and go breakfast burrito and my wish has been granted. Located right next to Lineage, Papi's is in perfect spot for the market's morning visitors. I ordered the Federal burrito. The chorizo was flavorful with a nice kick. 5 Stars for perfect Colorado-style breakfast burritos! I was at EEM for coffee and noticed that Papi's Burritos was open next to Lineage. East End has been missing breakfast options since they lost FarmHaus, so I was stoked to see a simple burrito menu that had and option for vegetarians and vegans too! I was lucky enough to meet and talk to the owner, Ashley, and asked about the green chili because I'm a bit spice intolerant. Luckily she assured me that kids order it too and so I opted for the Colfax vegetarian burrito. (As a note, they can't make it special with the sauce on the side, since they're already wrapped and warmed up to order.) It was ready almost immediately and came with a side of herbed aioli. Right away I was excited about the rich flavor of the breakfast potatoes inside the burrito and I have the say that the heat level is perfect! You get a mild spice, but more so flavor. Stopped by Papi's Burritos this morning on a whim after seeing it was a new opening! We were in the mood for breakfast burritos so this was the perfect thing. We saw on the menu they have three different options. The first option is the federal which is a meat option which includes chorizo, scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc. They also have a vegan and a vegetarian burrito. To make it simple, they have those three options. All are $10 each. They also have fresh squeezed orange juice for six dollars. We got to meet the owner and he was super fun to talk to and offered us to sit at the counter to enjoy our burritos. They're prepared quickly. We're so fresh hot delicious and just overall yummy. They each come with a side of this hatch green chili sauce with a little scooping spoon so you can put a little sauce on each time you bite into it. Overall we really enjoyed the experience getting to sit at the counter and enjoy our burritos talking to the owner and we even got to see the picture of the hairless cat named Papi, which the idea and name was inspired from! read more

Let me start by saying how incredible the location is over at the East End Market, Papi's is over in the back corner when you go inside, but for those that haven't been, a bunch of great vendors occupy the market and rotate out periodically. I went before 9:00 on a Saturday to bring back a Colfax and a Federal burrito for myself and my wife and was greeted by Ashley the owner and operator and Juan, her teenage nephew who is helping her out and absolutely crushing it behind the counter. As far as the quality of the burritos, they are absolutely without a doubt, the best we've ever had anywhere outside of Texas - Which we just had a couple of weeks ago in Dallas in a Mexican mom and pop place, and were easily the best we've ever had by far - These tie them up and are dangerously close. We'll absolutely be back, hopefully not too often but no promises. The green sauce that comes with them is like cilantro garlic and is absolutely LIGHTS OUT. A great new addition to East End Market! Papi's took over the space where Farm & Haus used to be, and I'm glad there is still a quick, yummy breakfast option available. These breakfast burritos are LEGIT. The menu is pretty small and they only have 3 burrito options at this time. They have a vegan option (Boulder), vegetarian option (Colfax), and a meat option (Federal). My husband and I were headed to Blue Jacket Park for a stroll this past weekend and wanted to pick up something to eat on the way. The market was really busy that day and parking is always hard to come by, so my husband dropped me off at the front to run in and order. We're meat eaters, so we went with the Federal burrito which has Mexican style chorizo, potatoes, scrambled eggs, cheese, and green chili. Luckily, there was not much of a line for Papi's and our burritos were ready in about 5-10 minutes. By the time my husband circled the parking lot, I was ready to roll. When we got to the park, we unwrapped our burritos which also come with their signature guasacaca sauce on the side (similar to an avocado cilantro crema). Omg this sauce is amazing!
