Not only are they a barkery (one of the best around by far) but they're a boutique and playground too! I took my boy (whose name is also Dexter) in for his birthday and we had such a blast. You can do serious damage shopping then to relax from all that fun, head outside and let the pups cool off in their many pools and shaded areas. Plenty of seating for their humans too. The owners and employees there are absolutely marvelous; SO talented and so sweet! There is a huge variety of goodies to browse- from their many treats, to clothing/accessories, toys and more. I'm so mad at myself for not knowing they were here years ago. We'll be making up for lost time and visiting whenever we can now!

If you were to host an event, you can bring your own decor and drinks. It was a total blast. Inside the bakery, there's TONS of adorable treats, ice cream, everything is made from scratch, healthy and organic for your pups. They also host every first Thursday a Bark & Sip to hang with your pups and friends. I can't recommend this place enough. Parking may be a little tight but there's street parking available.

The twice weekly report cards with a photo and update of how my boy was doing warmed my heart and made the parting a much easier. I was also able to visit and have one on one instruction time frequently with Madelyn after the first week adjustment period. My little man came home from school a well mannered gentleman and with the detail instructions from his trainer on how to continue his structure at home, I feel very confident in his continued good behavior as well as how to correct any issues.

The process was detailed, professional, caring, and I felt comfortable proceeding with our adoption of little Miss Lemon Drop. She's a little party animal and a sweet baby. We had the online meeting and then decided to drive to pick her up. I love that she's already on a schedule. She sleeps through the night; greets us in the morning and we hang out all day. She has already been to her new vet and has a clean checkup. He was pleased with her. She's been a delight.

I couldn't find him on the cameras anywhere for 4 hours. the staff had nothing to say when I picked him up. i then went to drop him off later in the week for a play day and I noticed his paper said he was non compatible. when I asked the lady I was speaking too started panicking and didn't know how to talk and called over someone else whoinformed he showed signs of aggression and rough play and due to his size and breed the staff didn't feel comfortable having him out there during his initial visit. mind you. there where 4 dogs on camera visiting that day. I was never informed of this issue. and he NEVER not once had a single issue the numerous times he has went before. my phone number is on file. I do not understand if my dog was RANDOMLY "so aggressive" why i was not called to come get him or informed at his pick up or prior to his next drop off.

My cat, Zen, has not been doing well, and it has been a very stressful few days. By the time I arrived at Atascocita Animal Hospital, it was about 20 minutes before they officially opened. The door happened to be unlocked, so I went in, explained the situation, and asked if there was any chance they could help. Even though they're appointment-only, they kindly told me they would see if they could squeeze us in and they did!!! I am incredibly grateful they made the time for us. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind. The woman at the front desk was genuinely warm and compassionate. I was under a lot of stress, and I really appreciated how calm and soft-spoken the entire staff was. The technician and the veterinarian were both very gentle with Zen, and you could tell they truly cared about making him as comfortable as possible. We're still waiting on some of his test results, but they gave him fluids and took the time to evaluate him thoroughly. That gave me some peace of mind during a difficult day. The only downside for me was the cost. I do feel the visit was on the procier side, so if you're on a tight budget, that's something to keep in mind. However, the level of compassion, professionalism, and care we received made for a very positive experience overall. I am getting a new puppy from the area and found out Dr Ernest Parson is their family vet so thought I'd ask a few questions about a procedure I've been debating on especially since he's familiar with my pup. Dr Parson was incredibly genuine, transparent about my concerns and the time he took to address all of my questions speaks volumes about his passion for companion animals. He is very knowledgeable about the subjects I inquired and he took time to give me detailed one on one attention. More so than any vet I've called. My only regret is that he's too far to transition my fur babies to his practice. If you are looking for a vet who really cares and takes time for you with such compassion and informative perspectives look no further. Kudos!

Couple of weeks ago I had to board my babies and they were required to have their influenza. No choice was given that I had to pay for the booster shot the same day they got the influenza shot. I was specifically told that I would come in and the technician will give the booster shot and no other exam was necessary. I just left the location and they wanted to charge me a technician fee (check vitals). I was lied to and they lied to the right one today. The young girl at the checkout gonna tell me that it was a misunderstanding, well it could've been but not on my end. It's time for me to make the change.
