LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I was referred here by my dental office who work closely with Dr. Markham and his staff. Everyone there is super nice and very accommodating! I requested Misha for all my appointments because she is really good and fast! (not that the others aren't, I just really like her). I had an adjustment appointment scheduled a month out and ended up having to cancel because my mother-in-law passed unexpectedly. Not only was Linda kind enough to squeeze me into the next available appointment they had, but I also got a really nice card in the mail for the loss of my mother-in-law. That made me so happy! Highly unprofessional. I was uncomfortable with a certain treatment plan Dr. Markham set up and instead of working with me to find a different alternative, he withdrew his services. Not only did he withdraw services from me, but he took it out on my 11 y/o daughter and cut her off as well. His front office staff were highly rude when I called to get clarity on why he was withdrawing his services. read more

It has taken me almost a year to write this review, as I felt it was important to seek almost full treatment from this doctor prior to reviewing.... Dr. Markham is unlike other regular dentist...he is a board educated and certified orthodontist with a Masters in Sci/bio..and let me tell you it really DOES make a world of difference... He is an artist, not just an Orthodontist. Dr.M has an amazing eye for detail and incredible ability to predict tooth movement in general...which is WHY you picked an Orthodontist over the slightly cheaper regular DDS right?? Omg huge difference.. Now, is he a quick paced doctor, yes, they all are... The main difference is around, $200 = good vs amazing...you want AMAZING right?? My personal experience has been in the dental field for over 30 years, and I have had orthodontics previously twice. Dr. Markham and his staff are so very impressive. He is such a perfectionist, setting the bar high towards excellent patient treatment. I think the fact that his assistants, Angelica and Brenda have been with him for over 15 years is impressive in this economy. They are well trained and very professional. The front office staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about dental insurance plans. Having dealt with insurance companies myself, I have extensive knowledge on how difficult it can be to rely on their services and limitations, to help you with your dental treatment. My daughter got her braces put on at Markham Orthodontics today and she couldn't be happier. YAY!!! We were so excited and the process was easy and everyone is so friendly. We first met with Melissa, the treatment coordinator a few months ago. She explained the process and payment options. Never felt pressured. Angelica, the RDA was awesome. Dr. Markham and his excellent staff have given my 3 children a future of beautifully straight teeth. I had put all of my faith in his opinion to use the latest technology in orthodontics and have never been more satisfied and grateful seeing the results. The bottom line is the perfection in their work and it is absolute. The next biggest issue for me is customer service. While I brought all 3 of my children to the old office on Truxel and the new office on Del Paso for about 6 years for the 3 combined, I never had to wait in the waiting room for very long they were always on time. They always went over every aspect of what the next step in the braces process was and they were always friendly and professional.
