The sauce did have a great taste I enjoyed. The sausage also had a great flavor and has fennel which I like in sausage, especially in a spaghetti sauce. However, the sausage was over cooked by quite a bit. It was a bit crunchy. That's what cost one star. I did bring it up to the mom and she immediately asked to remake the entire dish. I declined as I hate wasting food. It was edible and the flavor good so, I declined the do over. I appreciated the offer to make it right and the effort to please the customer. She did return a short time later and took the cost of the added sausage off the bill. Again, it was appreciated. It's early days for the new management but they seem to want to do a great job and make the customer happy. I can say the food we had was solid and well made.
