It makes me sad to have to leave this review, as my initial experience with Mark and his company were quite positive. My wife and I hired them to rehabilitate the original wood floors in our house, which had been under carpet for many years. Although he subcontracted it, I liked the fellow who did the job. When the job was done and paid for, it looked fantastic, but we noticed a few small details that needed to be addressed. It took a bit longer this time around to get ahold of Mark and co., but they did come out eventually and fix the areas of concern. A month or so later, some cracking appeared in one of the boards and I also wanted to hire them to do some additional small work around the door frame. Well, at this point, getting ahold of Mark or anyone at his company become a huge pain. He called back a couple times and promised to have the subcontractor contact me. When this didn't happen after a couple weeks, I'd go through the same nonsense over again with the same result. Subsequent attempts to contact Mark were, evidently, completely ignored, as he never answered his phone or responded to my messages or emails. My only conclusion is that having collected from us on the big job, they were no longer interested in our business. This was, needless to say, a most disappointing end to what started out as a seemingly excellent business relationship.
