I have been a long time Nissan of Keene customer. I can't say enough good things about this…read moredealership. The customer service is phenomenal. The service department is amazing. You can schedule service online. If you need service and can't wait, you can get a shuttle to work and picked up after work or they'll give you a loaner vehicle. They have a video inspection that they do when they inspect your vehicle they send to you via email and text that is wonderful. If you need anything at all, you just have to call them or email them. If they don't have the vehicle you want, they'll get it for you from another dealership (do not go to another dealership!). My husband was a Jeep guy and just bought a Titan - just because of the way the service department has been and, of course, through my longtime love affair with Nissan vehicles. He's driven my Altima, so he knows the drive is awesome as well as the technology you get in the vehicles. My friends are jealous of the technology, which makes me laugh. Buy Nissan! Buy it from Nissan of Keene!

One salesman said I could put my plates on right there. A second salesman convinced me if we financed, we could take the car that day with a temporary NH license. He said it would be taken care of Monday. The following Wednesday my insurance agent was unaware of the details un till I gave the dealer his contact info. I was told my registration on Monday a week later. It was mailed That Wednesday. so, it took a full two weeks to receive my registration. We purchased the undercoating package at the sale and on inspection today when getting home from our appointment, I found it was an incomplete job,"RIPOFF"! Even the original detailing was poorly done. I may have forgotten something but that tells the story.

Worst car repair experience ever…read more Had to spend an extra $600 at VW dealership to correct Cheshire's mistakes. They used the wrong springs for my Jetta. The car was literally 5 inches taller in the front. My husband jokingly called my car the 'mini SUV' when he saw it, because it looked so awful. There was a large gap between tire and wheel well. My car felt completely different, clunky and stiff. They charged me $1,091 to 'fix' my car. I brought my car back, and spoke with the mechanic. I showed him the issues and told him he did something wrong, and I was guessing he used the wrong parts. He said the parts were 'new' and it would 'settle. Wait, what?! I brought my car to the Volkswagen dealership, and asked them to look at it, since Cheshire had messed it up so badly. Dealership told me that Cheshire used the wrong springs. How could they not have noticed how they made my car look, and how it handled? Also, when I first left my car for repairs, they didn't fix anything. I needed my car back, and I asked if it was safe to drive. Was told it was fine. It was not. I had to have my car towed because a large piece of spring snapped off. Another serious issue: They used the wrong oil in my Turbo engine. Their error could have ruined my engine. Ended up bringing car to dealership, to fix mistakes. Because of Cheshire's errors, I spent an additional $600 in labor. In total, I spent $1,691 on this repair. I told Dale I would be writing a review and sharing photos of their work. He said that was "threatening". He then told me there would be "retaliation".

Horrible: Waited 13 days for my car to be finished. The issue was a software malfunction (see…read morephotos), so significant that I could not drive the vehicle (note warning). They could not duplicate the problem but charged me $185.00 (labor) and never addressed the warnings during the software malfunction. Their diagnosis: car needed a new battery. Picked up car on day 13, and the interior smelled like a dead fish. I don't believe their claim that they drove it because how they didn't smell that awful aroma is beyond my comprehension, and the Tire Pressure indicator was on - what service dept would say the car is ready with that concerning warning indicator and awful smell?? The invoice stated my car was black (it's blue). The communication was poor, I was sent to voicemails with no return calls; promised call backs within 10 min and 90 min later I had to call them back. Jeff claimed to have called, but my phone indicated otherwise. My last phone conversation was with Portia - she rudely huffed into the phone. Evan had said to call if I needed a loaner, but when I asked Jeff , he said would connect me with a rental car. Not a quality place by any means; nor are they accountable to their lack of service. I picked the car up, and after 13 days, they gave me a coupon to their own car wash - wow.... didn't have time over 13 days to wash it for a customer who only bought a battery? The reviews show how the new buyers love the dealership; the owners are treated with disrespect. They just don't care.
