They helped put my mind at ease and also gave me information to decrease the beetles in my home without trying to sell me a bunch of unnecessary crap. Maybe when my yearly ants come back in the spring if I need a hand, I'll give these kind people a call.

Unless you want them to take your money, be incredibly unprofessional and rude to you, then please throw away your money to be abused. Yep. This will be long, but it was that bad. I had a contract for bee spraying. My son has a serious sting allergy. It included the garage. In early June, they came and sprayed. I noticed that there were active nests on the garage and called to have them return as they had forgotten the garage. Routine spray includes the removal of nests on the house and garage. Well, I spent too much time on the phone with the RUDEST individual ever. We had a shouting match and she hung up on me multiple times. Why? Because when I started with you forgot the garage, I got "it isn't a part of your contract." We argued about it. Eventually, the person called back (pretending to be a different person) to schedule a respray because, um, yeah, it was a part of my contract. NO COMPANY should ever allow a customer rep to get into a shouting match with a customer telling them that it isn't a part of their contract when it is. A polite "let me look into it and get right back to you" is the way to go. NOT shouting at someone that the garage is NEVER EVER EVER a part of the contract. So, they spray. Then on July 15, they came back for the second treatment. Next time they return? October 10. Basically 5 days short of 3 months. Their contract claims 45-60 days. Almost 90 days. I had to call because guess what? They left active nests on the garage again. I called Wednesday, October 2 at 8:42 am, and spoke to a young man, leaving a message with 2 cell numbers. The company didn't return my call. I called again on October 3, in the late afternoon (basically giving them almost 2 full business days to return my call). I spoke with the Holly, who I later found out was the owner. She was so rude to me. I was clearly testy. Who wouldn't be? But instead of acknowledging that I was angry and that she was sorry that they had made a mistake forgetting the garage again, she told me to stop being rude to her. She advised me that she couldn't schedule it until her scheduler came back on Monday. Why the owner of the business needed her scheduler to be present to schedule? Who knows? Apparently, she can't read a calendar. I gave her my cell and my mother's cell. My mother is ALWAYS at the house. Then she claims she called me on 10/7, to schedule, but my Verizon phone records do not show that I received a call from Good Riddance. I did not receive a voice message either. She eventually called my mother on 10/9 and they scheduled for 10/10. Almost 3 full months with a yard infested with bees. Her excuses are it was rainy all season. Well, here is the deal. If the weather prevents you from completing the terms of your contract you refund people. The terms were 45-60 days. Here is another thought, if you can't fulfill the terms of your contract because of the weather, but you are nice to people, maybe they wouldn't HATE you. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, and her response was both late and filled with inaccuracies and lies. She never addressed the horrible treatment I received either. So I am now YELPING, so you all know NEVER EVER EVER USE them.
