When I went back to pick up the pants again, two of them, the hem was just completely let out and it was frayed where you basically could see the cuts he made. I asked him why he did not make a small hem like he did with the other pants and he exclaims that I gave him the pants like that in the first place. The pants were BRAND new and if they had been sent to me like that, I would have returned them to the company I bought them from. And furthermore, if I told you to fix the hem, why would I want the pants to be worn when you can clearly see they've been cut. He tried to go back and forth with me and it was ridiculous. If you have bad memory or are confusing me with someone else, that's fine but please do not act like I brought in any pants that were already cut or frayed like that. You cut the pants because I asked you to make them shorter and now you try to give them to me without a proper hem?! What sense does that even make when you fixed the other hems but not these two and that's what I came in for? He is clearly very confused and I may just end up repurchasing the pants altogether and getting them tailored elsewhere because I'm not feeling confident when I try them on with the shorter length. I actually feel like I'm flooding.

I was there early morning and wanted a suite and shirt dry cleaned by the end of the day. I was told there would be an upcharge to have them done the same day. They did do a good job but they way over charged me. 31 dollars for a suite and shirt is over doing it. I read some reviews on google and most of the other people agreed with me and said they over charge and felt mislead by their signage inside and outside the store that says one hour cleaning.

For context I asked for a repair on a rip for one pair of jeans the rip was clean and straight all she had to do was a zig zag stitch, on the other I asked for her to hem it and she sewed not even straight and didn't even cut the previous hem making it double and not even shorter.
