The challenge in front of me.

It would be difficult to post a complete review because; I never read the menu, examined the choices, waited in line, ordered or even paid for my bowl. I believe it's a walk up and go setup, with no real dining space. I simply sat at an adjoining bar and my wife did all the leg work. It was a big bowl, broth, vegetables, chicken, fat noodles and a side of fish sauce. I used chopsticks and a slurping spoon. It was really good, fulfilling and fun to eat. You pick what you like and make it yours. This kind of food makes you fill much better about yourself...whether or not you are:)

We've gotten food here twice and had the best experience! The food is delicious, the people are lovely, and it's definitely worth trying. Highly recommend

The fam and I went to try MARO and I personally wasn't disappointed. I got the house Ramen and for a cold and brisk evening, it was perfect. The broth was well balanced and very flavorful. The service was fine considering it's a high volume and new location and the ambiance is super vibey, I highly recommended at least giving them a try. They're located in the downtown Redding Market. Happy eating fam!

Good flavor, fresh veggies. Perfect cold day meal! Will be coming back after I try every other food place in the Redding Public Market.

Lots of yummy options to put in your soup. Noodles not included in this photo.

I ordered the pan-fried ramen noodles with a soft-boiled egg and had them add chili oil for some extra heat.

We happened to sat at the table next to the window. And the lady greeted us, gave us the menu, and wiped our table. But then when I glanced at the window, it was full of noodle splashes. I understand maybe they are understaff since it's a small family business, but it did affect the whole dining experience. I had the boat noodle, broth is rich with good flavor. My husband had pho, he liked it. The lemon pepper wings were lemony, I wish it would be more peppery. I thought it would be the dry lemon pepper seasoning. The wings were fried very well, really crispy.

She remembered all the orders without writing them down which was honestly impressive! We did wait a while for drinks as well as for food, but it was worth it! The appetizers were great (the shrimp more than the chicken wings because they were really sweet), and then we got a Shrimp boil :) Fantastic, I would go again! I saw that you can order online, so maybe that would skip the wait a little bit?
