This is a nice Marriott conveniently located less than a mile from the Irvine Spectrum mall. They have a shuttle if you don't want to walk. The pool area is great for kids. They have a rooftop lounge with a full bar. The lobby is really spacious and pretty. The gym is on the 2nd floor and you need a room key to get in.

We came here to enjoy the bar and the ambiance. This hotel is centrally located and the bar here is open, has a patio, and plenty of space in the lobby. The food that was catered was fantastic, but the real shining stars were the Marriott members that provided exceptional hospitality. Mr. Gordon Fishmann runs a great crew and the bartenders, Bryan and Kory are fast, attentive, and super friendly. If you need to kill some time or want to watch a game, I'd recommend popping in!

Came for the yelp event! Thank you Dia! We had a wonderful time at this sports event!

Great experience. Met lots of great people and had fun mingling with new friends. Food and drinks were great too!

Marriott Irvine Spectrum is easily one of the best hotel experiences in Orange County if you know what you're booking. From the second you walk in, the place feels elevated. Clean, modern, and designed with intention -- not your typical Marriott. The entire property has that upscale, resort-style energy while still being in a prime business and shopping location. The rooftop bar (Hive & Honey) is a major highlight. Panoramic views of Irvine, great atmosphere, and the perfect spot to end the night. It's one of those features that takes the hotel from good to unforgettable. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well put together. Comfortable beds, great lighting, and large windows that give you that full city view. Everything feels updated and high quality. The pool area is another standout -- cabanas, lounge areas, and a setup that actually feels like a resort, not just a basic hotel pool. Location is perfect. You're right next to Irvine Spectrum Center, so you've got restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all within minutes. Staff across the board was professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything ran smooth -- no issues, no delays, no headaches. Bottom line: this place blends business, lifestyle, and resort energy better than most hotels in the area. Whether you're here for work or a getaway, it delivers. 10/10 -- would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is not the best Marriott I have visited. It has a nice view and amenities but lacks a lot of other things. There was no bathrobe, tooth brush, tooth paste. The tv was not working like other hotels and I wasn't able to connect the audio to my blue tooth. It definitely needs more upgrade. The shower is nice and the shampoos are okay quality. There was no spa center and the jacuzzi/pool were closed for construction. The kitchen offered nice food however only one servant is available and can be seen running around so fast from one table to another. They need to help the servants and add more people. The valet is nice in that they are courteous and help with opening the doors and moving the luggage.

We stayed at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum with our kids and really enjoyed many parts of our visit. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern, and it has a lot of thoughtful touches for families. Our kids loved riding the toy cars in the lobby, the infinity edge pool was a highlight, and the ice cream at the coffee shop and lobby downstairs quickly became a daily treat. The location near the Spectrum Center is also super convenient for meals and entertainment. That said, we did have a disappointing experience at the pool. During one of our visits, 2 individuals were openly taking provocative photos of themselves for OnlyFans (their words) in full view of families and children. They also referred to their body parts using crude terms in front of children playing on the pool steps. Several guests -- ourselves included -- voiced concerns to hotel staff, but nothing was done to address the situation, which was upsetting given the number of kids present. We felt the hotel should have stepped in to maintain a more appropriate family-friendly environment. Had it been a man taking these photos the police would have been called for indecent exposure around minors. It's unfortunate because so much of our stay was wonderful, but that experience definitely impacted how comfortable we felt as parents. We hope the hotel takes more care in enforcing respectful behavior in shared spaces in the future.

Thank you to the team, we stayed on 4/27 for 1 night for my husbands birthday. We have stayed here before but this visit was truly memorable, first Hanna had welcomed us days prior and asked about our upcoming stay, the tall gentleman that checked us in (i am sorry i didnt get his name) was friendly and polite, and Jada was a ray of sunshine when she stopped by our room! You guys had made this stay so pleasant! Bed was so comfy, ac worked perfectly fine. We'll be back again!

The full size beds are horrible, my vanity sink doesn't drain, my ground fault circuit interrupter in the bathroom, continuously resets, just with a phone charger plugged into it. I asked for a room with a different Bed configuration and they have none and the guy at the front deskis rude. At 5:30 AM. On Saturday, August 23.

Beautiful hotel in Irvine.. the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. I had an amazing experience and time staying here. Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Love the free shuttle to and from the Irvine Spectrum Mall. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious. Comfortable beds, restaurant on site.

    - overpriced in my opinion but ok if you don't mind that. I personally like value over everything else in a hotel, and I like it when staff are friendly, nice and welcoming regardless of your tier status or any other status. I had issues checking in that were mildly annoying, but I appreciated their early checkin and late checkout options. I didn't get the friendliest welcome from the person that checked me in, but the manager was professional and helpful. - infinity pool is not real infinity pool, rather has concrete edge - outside dining area small and far from pool, could have better ambiance - you have to pay or be platinum and above to access the M lounge with free breakfast - valet expensive $49 a night, and it was especially slow considering how many people they had working. It also was annoying when I could see the courtyard parking across the way and there was ample parking there. It was doubly annoying when I could see my car from the lobby but it took so long to get my key and car - room is nice and as expected with Marriott. Large windows. Quiet and I slept well. - I wish I had checked out the gym, it looked nice!

I decided a few days prior, I wanted to stay an extra night. They were able to message me and informed me I could book another reservation for the additional night and they would make sure I stayed in the same room without having to check out, which they did. Upon check in, you enter the lobby which has a large variety of seating and a bar. They do have a happy hour menu which I thought was great. They do also offer complimentary breakfast in the morning. It looked pretty popular by the amount of guests that would pop in for breakfast. The room itself was clean, spacious and I loved the whole kitchenette. They have a a small gym that is available 24 hours, and a pool. Parking is $28 per night, but given that you are literally central to everything, I didnt mind it at all. Usually in the mornings you hear vacuums going and the commotion of room cleaning going on, which can make it hard to sleep. I didnt hear a thing! I also love that you need your room key to enter the main entrance at night. Just a bonus security feature. Everything about my stay was great. I would most definitely come back!

The pool was one of the biggest highlights. The walk-in entry was perfect for my little kids since they're still young, and they had the FIFA matches playing on the giant outdoor screen. That was honestly one of the reasons I booked this hotel--it was a win-win. I got to enjoy watching the games while my kids had a blast in the pool. The food was surprisingly great too. They had a special Fourth of July barbecue menu, and everything we tried was delicious. My wife ordered the chili cheese hot dog, which was excellent, and I had the brisket burger, which was absolutely worth it. They also offered a $10 souvenir cup with unlimited refills during our stay, which was a great value and definitely came in handy by the pool. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. On top of that, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. One thing I really appreciated was the location. It's tucked away from the heavy traffic and crowds, so it feels peaceful, but you're still just a short drive from just about everything Irvine has to offer. Laura at the front desk did what she could when our room wasn't ready upon arrival. After we mentioned the condition of the chair, she arranged one room with free parking, which we appreciated. Deanne, our waitress, was very kind and accommodating. Gilbert, our waiter, went above and beyond. Both my son and I have severe food allergies, and he took excellent care of us. His service was truly exceptional. Unfortunately, the day before (6/12), when my son had asked staff about safe food options due to his allergy, the staff on duty seemed uninterested and dismissive, which was disappointing and concerning. Jasmine in the coffee area was also very sweet. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. Julie, the bar manager, appeared to be drinking wine every time we saw her. At one point, when my husband got up to look for something, she responded with attitude rather than asking if he needed assistance. The bar was packed with softball teams and players, and it felt like helping guests and supporting staff should have been the priority. Service overall was poor. We requested towels and waited over an hour. After following up, we were told the request had been forgotten. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The chair in room 833 was broken and extremely dirty. We were told it would be replaced, but it never was. Most concerning of all, after returning home, my husband developed bites and went to urgent care...they were consistent with bedbug bites following our stay. One additional disappointment: I accidentally left my Conair 10x magnifying lighted vanity mirror in the room and called the very next day to ask if it had been turned in. I was told it had not been found. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience we've had--the dirtiest hotel with only a few friendly staff members. We will never be back,
