Definitely not the largest TJ Maxx I've been too, and the selection for a few sections were lacking, but the staff here today were amazing (multiple staff members took an interest in trying to help me find a bunch of clothing, an iPhone case, and a book I thought they may carry (as they have in the past). So helpful staff and a pretty good selection in the clothing department. For iPhone cases and books, I wouldn't suggest this store. Anyway, the line wasn't long at all, and the overall store was very clean and appealing to return to do more shopping. Will definitely be returning to this location. Each canned response we've gotten essentially says, "sucks to be you, you're not getting your money back"., and didn't directly address our questions or concerns. The only thing inside this nasty place is a decrepit nail salon, a run down oriental carpet dealer and the back entrance of Barnes and Noble and Wines and Things. the rest of this mall is either closed or turned into outwardly facing stores like Kohls (largest Kohls I have ever seen) or a run down nasty Petsmart, Barnes and Noble and Party City. Office Max went out of business and some of the other smaller stores are on their last legs. The Taco Bell and Panera in the parking lot are the only busy things bringing traffic to this dump. Horrible and should be shut down.
