I was planning on shopping for more spring items and would have spent more money at this store than the $42 that I originally spent on this dress. Because it was without a receipt they would not take it back. I even have the tags on and everything it was even in the same bag that I purchased it from. They did not have my information in the system and so now I am stuck with a dress that I do not like. The associate even contacted the owner who said it's against policy. That is fine but I'm not going to shop here again if there's no chance to return items once you get home. Also, there needs to be a paperless option in the computer for this sort of receipt less incident. It's a shame that for $42 the owner lost a customer.
