One employee completely blocked the aisle so you could not go that way.....

I frequent this Walmart. They have made several upgrades to this store. Certainly a lot more self checkouts - enough that you don't have to wait. They carry less options to choose from. If you are looking for dog biscuits for example, I had a choice between well regular biscuits. The grocery store carries more of a selection than Walmart...I didn't think I would ever have to say that. My experience this morning was the employees who are shopping for delivery or curbside were so obtrusive. They did not care if they were blocking the aisle. Not once did they say excuse me. I went to Walmart at 7 AM so it was not busy so these shoppers whole be cognizant of those that have come to the store to shop. I posted a few pictures in my frustration. The photos that I posted will tell the story. The customer has to go around them. No effort made to be courteous. I think customer service training is needed or maybe I just need to shop at another Walmart and hope it's better.

Ever since the renovation, it is one of the nicest Walmart I ever been around Charlotte area. Some area is even similar to Target with the bedding display. Since Concord is a developing area so there are not a lot of thefts right now so there aren't locks everywhere like in Huntersville. So much easier to shop. Maybe I walk into the right time. Everything is stock and organized. They even sell non frozen seafood here. What a surprise

Filling out my shop with a few things that that don't have at the other supermarket, I had a reasonable shop today. The store is crowded, considering the COVID precautions. A number of people were not wearing masks and there is no enforcement by the greeter who is only counting customers. Clothing, soft lines, home goods are all well stocked. A few low stock items in the grocery section and they did not have any of the cat litter that we prefer. Win some, lose some. Checkout was surprisingly good with enough registers open and no waiting. Parking lot is tidy with no trash though some of the cart corrals needed attention. [Review 14401 overall, 1726 of 2020, number 2726 in North Carolina.]

I'm not a big fan of shopping, so I use Walmart online ordering and pick up service; I have even used the service where they deliver groceries to your house and if it's over $35 delivery is free but they like you to tip the driver's. With Walmarts online ordering process if there's an item you ordered and it's not in stock they contact you and ask for your permission to substitute that item with another one similar with equal value or more, so it's a win-win situation. I with my online ordering I met two beautiful women cool very sweet, and friendly win they shop for customers and package the items in the car; The lady that brought my package to me was Shiloh and she's the sweetest person you ever wanna meet, she takes pride in shopping for customers and when she put your groceries in the car she will even take the time to repackage an item that may be broken or damaged in transit (ie; eggs, bread, butter). I wish there was a way to request the shopper we want to shop for us because I know Shylo or Mrs Kay would shop for me the same way I would shop for myself.

The prices in the grocery area were at least 20 cents + more than the sticker on the shelf. One item was $2 more.

The weather was sketchy so I didn't think it would be too crowded but that was a bad call. The parking spaces are WAY too small! Larger SUV's taking two spaces & you can't blame them. I got to the store & made the exchange & got out of there PDQ!

Review for Charlotte Premium Outlets…read more After relocating to Charlotte from the San Francisco Bay Area, I've kept my same philosophy about shopping: retail prices are optional if you're willing to do a little homework. I'm always looking for quality and value without paying unnecessary markups, and this outlet center has been a very reliable place to find both. I needed professional clothing, shoes, and luggage for work, so I made the drive out here--and I found everything I needed in one trip. One of my best purchases was a beautiful piece of luggage from Travelpro at a great price. Many of the stores also offer additional discounts if you sign up for their rewards programs, which can make the savings even better. Stores I frequent most: * Banana Republic * J.Crew * Ann Taylor * LOFT * Saks Off 5th * Old Navy (very large location with great basics) * Le Creuset -- always fun to browse, even if just window shopping If you have the time to look carefully and shop strategically, you can really find high-quality items here at excellent prices. My personal shopping strategy: * I avoid weekends whenever possible * I park near the Saks entrance, especially along the back row where it's easier to remember where you parked * I shop during off-hours for a calmer, more efficient experience Parking overall is plentiful, and the layout is easy to navigate once you learn your preferred entry point. Another thing I appreciate is the atmosphere. In my experience, the staff across stores have been knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. The overall vibe feels practical and approachable--people are there to shop, not to show off. There are also plenty of restaurants and fast-casual options nearby, so it can easily become a full outing. If you're planning a larger shopping trip, using store hold or will-call services can be a smart way to keep your purchases secure while you continue browsing. As someone who pays attention to value and cost of living, I've found shopping in North Carolina--and the Southeast in general--to be refreshingly affordable compared to the West Coast. That difference alone makes places like this especially worthwhile. Bottom line: Easy parking, strong value, and a wide selection of reliable brands. If you shop strategically and avoid peak times, this outlet center can be a very productive and enjoyable place to find quality items at fair prices.

The place is HUGE and they have several different departments from kids to home. I loved perusing the women's section. I was able to find some nice inexpensive jeans, tops and socks. I loved this store, it had things I like to wear and lots of basic pieces that you can add to an outfit. Very very affordable. I definitely understand why people who knew about this store were so excited for one to open in Charlotte. I recommend going on a weekday afternoon or evening to avoid all the chaos that is Concord Mills mall though. Otherwise, this store is pretty cool!!

Chile! The lack of customer service is high in this establishment!…read more I do like the variety of clothing and prices here. I purchased a dress that I had to go down in size and jeans that I had to go up in size. Try on everything so you can make sure it fits. My fitting room experience was not great. The attendant was more concerned with conversing with her coworkers than checking me in. Self check out can be tricky if you are not paying attention. The lady ahead of me did not get a receipt and the attendant told her incorrect info about obtaining it. After I paid and my receipt did not come out, I asked for assistance. Turns out the paper was jammed in the machine. I have my receipt, but the lady in front of me was SOL. The manager told her if you need to bring something back to tell them what happened. I hope they don't give her a hard time about that! I do agree with other Yelpers to come here during the day or during the week to not be in a crowded store. Oh and they close at 8pm with the mall, not 9pm as the Yelp listing says.

It was pouring raining outside so I knew I could take my time while I was there! Because, I'm here from Atlanta I'm not that familiar with this location! When I walked in I asked an associate where were the socks. She sent me in the wrong direction, so I asked another and she told me where they were. I found the socks and was looking for the ones that was in their ads. They wasn't their nor was there a sign showing that they might have been there! I must have spent pretty close to 20 minutes looking for these socks. They were not there! At this point i'm thinking "bait n switch!" This was not the 1st time I've shopped this location based on something that was listed in their ads and ran into the same results! I made my way to what is left of their toy section! That's when I notice this tall black guy following me! I knew he was following me because, I made my wat to the book section and he was there too three isles over just standing there! I purposely took my time looking for books for a 2 yrs old. And sure enough he was still there watching me. Finally, the rain eased up and I took my items to the checkout and he was there too! He made a purchase and I remember thinking, maybe he was a customer, until instead of going out the door, he walked to the back of the store. I get it, shoplifting is a issues especially in today economy, but everybody is not a shoplifting! And being followed around a store that practice "bait n switch" really made me feel some kind of way! I'm angry, but I get it! I especially like the 15-25% off days I just missed one :( That's when I stock up on my favorite coffee brand! They have quite a good selection. I am definitely a "name brand" person... so that is a bit of a drawback; but on some things, the brand doesn't matter so much. Check out is my main complaint... they have changed the routing to the check out counters; so you are stuck in line without anything fun/interesting to top off your cart. It would be nice to be able to build up points to use at later dates, in addition to their planned discount days.... as a partially handicapped person, it is sometimes difficult to navigate when the store is so crowded. Overall, a good store who doesn't try to be more than they are! js
