I was informed by the Mgr in a rude way that 15 days is their policy for any exchange, credit and refund. Then the cashier suggested I could take back my transaction to Palm desert 2 1/2 hrs away. I had no intention to return the item only a price adjustment. I offered to repurchase the item back at which she refunded me the amount I paid and come back to repurchase it. The response I got was rude and dismissive I was told they "don't have any employees working." That would maybe make sense if there weren't multiple employees visibly walking around in pain sight with the blue necklace, on their phones, doing go-backs, or just standing around instead of helping check customers out. Clearly, staff was there. The 4 they had aren't being used properly. Long lines, poor communication, and zero urgency to help customers. This isn't a staffing issue, it's a management issue. Completely unacceptable for a busy store Not my first experience in the store.

If you're smart, you will save your money and never waste it in this dump of all dumps. We all know Marshall's is a dump but this is the very very worst Marshall's I've ever been in and it's a direct result of the angry miserable disgusting gray-haired old Armenian witch that manages it. Everything they sell there is junk, it's just garbage, bottom-of-the-barrel crap. Sometimes you want or need to save a few bucks but I can tell you, every penny Ive spent at that store was just money flushed down the toilet. I bought a pair of pants one time there that had s*** stains in them I bought a shirt that reeked of body odor. Every time I bought a set of headphones, they worked for one day. Now this is the deal, this old, frigid, Armenian witch likes to make up her own return policy which is not consistent with the stores return policy because she's a hateful angry old piece of you-know-what. So this is not the dump to go to to save money. You might as well just take your cash, flush it down the toilet and call it a day because it's the worst of the worst. Like a sucker I keep getting lured back in there because of their prices , but like I said before, it's such garbage you'd be better off flushing your money. You'd be better off spending 10 times what they're charging elsewhere; at least you'll have something that works or is not used or damaged or whatever. I really can't imagine how this evil old piece of s*** is still working there. Evidently Marshall's Corporate Offices just don't give a s*** either. This Marshalls store could really benefit from a renovation as well as a thorough deep cleaning, especially in their restrooms, which are in noticeable need of attention. While the store itself is fairly well-organized and stocked with a good variety of products, the overall environment feels like it could use a refresh to make the shopping experience more inviting and enjoyable. When it comes to customer service, it's decent but lacks enthusiasm. The staff fulfills their basic duties, but there's a noticeable lack of energy and friendliness that would make the experience stand out. It often feels as though the employees aren't particularly happy in their roles, which translates into a lack of effort to go above and beyond for customers. I bought a pair of jeans here and when I got them home, I discovered the zipper was broken. I took them back and the manager snootily said I would have to wait in an obscenely long line to return them. So this Marshall's sells defective merchandise and further inconveniences its customers by making them wait in long lines. I live around the corner and have shopped here often, but I will NEVER visit this location again. Avoid at all costs! Complete and utter scumbag management. read more

I also recognize this may not be representative of the store as a whole, and perhaps I just visited during an off shift. Even so, every customer deserves to be acknowledged. My hope is that management shares this feedback with the team, not because I expect over-the-top service, but because I feel as though these associates failed to meet the bare minimum. For many plus-size shoppers, stores like Lane Bryant are among the few places where we can still shop in person. I think it's important that people recognize the impact of making plus size customers feel invisible in a space that is explicitly for them, that exist in a landscape (retail or otherwise) where plus size people are already preferred to be invisible.

As a recent breast cancer survivor who went through a double mastectomy, shopping for clothes can already feel difficult and emotional because my body has changed so much. A simple welcome or 'Can I help you?' would have meant a lot. Unfortunately, I left feeling ignored and discouraged. When I go here to shop, I feel as if I annoy the employees just by being in the room. They changed the lineup on their bras and undies. For some styles, a lot of people reported changes in sizing, fit, and band length for some of their newer bras. I think their Real Free is now rebranded as SMOOTHEZ. Their cotton boy-briefs are also not as soft and comfortable as the previous versions, either. The Sydney Sweeney ad controversy was the icing on the cake, as someone who used to watch Euphoria back in 2021. I will still shop here, but only when necessary, maybe once every few years when I need more PJs or intimates. I am very mindful of what I buy here now.
