I wish I got his name but he was so personable and loved his fashion. He even recommended me some extra pieces that would go well with my trousers. I fell in love with one of the shirts he recommended me. The fitting room situation is a bit different as I would prefer I private mirror inside the room but the staff always gives great advice and I even found another trouser someone else was wearing. The prices are definitely on the pricey side but they are high quality and forever pieces.

Been eyeing for some gorjana jewelry for the longest time as my best friend has a couple from their collections and it's been lasting her for years! Shoutout to AnnieLu for helping me out style, and finding jewelry to put on. I really enjoyed my experience in the store, I have never really stacked or style, so getting advice from her was really helpful. I ended up getting a necklace (knot) and another necklace to style on top, with matching earrings. I was really eyeing on their fine jewelry especially the cross necklace, but it was way too tiny for my liking! Hoping they come out with chunkier ones. My total was about $200, not bad for high quality jewelry! Only odd thing is that they don't have a checkout station, you just pay whenever and whatever in the store through a small device. There's a great range of both high-end (Hermes, Chanel, Tiffany, Carolina Herrera, etc) and affordable (Uniqlo, H&M) shopping along with both expensive and fast-casual dining. I love going to Marugame Udon for lunch and grabbing a quick bite, or Haidilao for hot pot if I want something a little nicer. There's also a VERY popular Din Tai Fung here. In addition, there's a food court with some fast food options, a Shake Shack, etc. It's a beautifully maintained and designed outdoor mall with plenty of space to sit and lots of kiosks where you can get coffee or small treats. Overall it's a phenomenal mall (maybe I'm biased because I haven't had to deal with parking though) and I'll definitely return.

The whole area just has a comfortable vibe to it compared to a lot of other malls. Parking has honestly never been too difficult for me either. Even when it gets busy, I can usually still find a spot without too much trouble.

I've now had TWO appointments there, both scheduled in advance, and both times I arrived on time only to wait well over 30 minutes before even being acknowledged properly. In both cases, I eventually received a text saying they were "ready" for me long after my appointment time had already passed. On my most recent visit, I checked in for a 6 PM appointment, was told it would be "about five minutes," then sat waiting while the store was relatively quiet. Once I was finally brought back, I was told the sales associate I had been booked with was unavailable and someone else would step in while she finished another fitting. Then I sat in the fitting room alone for another several minutes with nobody assisting me. The first experience was somehow worse. I checked in, waited, then eventually decided to reschedule because it was obvious the store was overwhelmed. During that process, the employee helping me repeatedly forgot my name despite already checking me in multiple times. Earlier during that same visit, another associate had forgotten the suit sizes, colors, and event deadlines I had already explained. What's frustrating is that this isn't a budget suit shop trying to survive high volume traffic. SuitSupply presents itself as a premium experience, and at these price points, basic organization, punctuality, and attentiveness should be expected. I genuinely like the suits, which makes this even more disappointing. But after multiple appointments with the same issues, the service feels disorganized, inattentive, and far below the standard the brand projects.

The store is located in a nice shopping center with several other businesses nearby, including ice cream shops and other retail stores. This Nordstrom Rack is quite large and has a great selection. I especially loved browsing the home decor section and candles. I found a Sand + Fog candle that was 50% off, which was such a great find. They also carry a lot of smaller items and travel-sized products. My boyfriend picked up a few items, and we noticed a lot of merchandise from brands like TravisMathew at significant discounts. There are definitely plenty of high-end brands available at great prices. They also have an impressive shoe selection. Overall, I really enjoy shopping at Nordstrom Rack because there are always amazing deals on quality brands.
