They need to lease these stores and make them into new ones or just get better security to circulate the area. You can tell there's high crime around the area. The cashier went to go look and came back with a $39 price tags. I told her that $24 was the price I saw and only ended up taking one pair of shoes. I went back to check and the cashier had taken the $24 price tag off and switched to the price $39 that was ringing up. If you're ever gonna shop here make sure to take a picture of the price. I won't ever be coming back to this location.

The Manager at this Marshalls, the guy with a beard and racist tendencies is quite disgusting! After shopping at Marshalls for twenty years, people like him give the company a bad name. I made a return and he didn't acknowledge it and he started speaking while listening to himself speak and he forgot about the basics of customer service. Why would I keep a product that doesn't work. It's a shame. I normally don't write reviews and this is my first one. I love this store but this manager has left a bad taste in mouth. Today's date is 10/11/2018. The manager and his assistant who I got to know as Crystal are literally running this Marshalls to the ground! I'm not surprised at the reviews about this store. I'm very soddened but I don't think I'm coming back. Good selection and but horrible management and substandard customer service skills. read more

They have a great selection, but the employees are just dumb and racist point blank!!!! They where Harding my boyfriend to the point that he just left our things and walked out meanwhile I was in the restroom. The manager literally snatched the stuff out of his hands in a very rude way just because he has tattoos, I am very disappointed that anything like this would be happening in any store but specially here, come on u guys ain't Macy's and just so you know my boyfriend has a well paid job probably makes more than you Marshall's employees do. Marshall's teach your employees first of all respect to the customer because the customer is always right. The store has a great selection but if youre black or mexican the small weenie looking asian worker will follow you around the whole time your shopping and act like hes fixing stuff, its totally obvious and i even laughed at him, i mean cmon, if i really wanted to steal something what is he gonna do ? He like 5'6 short outta shape asian dude, most people could beat him up easily i would demolish him if we fought. So marshalls managers talk to this lil boy, he tries too hard for someone who is completely incapable of defending himself let alone a big store in the ghetto. Service was absolutely awful! Ann as a new employee only 3 weeks in! Went shopping earlier in the evening with my wife and 2 kids to get a few things. Girl behind the first register on the far right rang me up. Told her i was an employee, others around knew me and i was refused my discount. The lady on the far end (crystal) put her two sense in and made a scene. It was quite embarrassing.
