This is one of my favorite Marshalls to visit. I always find something or several good things at this location. They always have a nice selection. Like most you will find good deals, I find this one to be one of the more neater, more often. The staff is nice, I did appreciate them seeing the checkout line getting long and seeing the need to call on more cashiers is always a plus. It sits in a good plaza. read more

The most meh store in the world. It's always over stuffed and busy. It feels a little dirty too any time I have been there. This latest visit I think will be my last. I was there trying to find a last min gift for unexpected house guests for the holidays (my family decided to come stay with us with just a few days notice and we did not have gifts for them yet as we typically send gifts after the holidays when things are calmer) and the line was quite literally wrapped around the entire store front to back. I'm not a big Marshals shopper to begin with but over the summer there was a shocking amount of really great finds popping up at Marshals (thanks eagle eyed tiktokers) but I never found any of those things at this location nor have I ever ended up purchasing anything so I'm not sure why I have returned a few times., Basically, I always leave this store feeling kind like I need to wash my hands and gave never found anything to purchase. read more

I said I'd never wear Crocs with the closed toe... Especially after seeing the price point - lol. The need arose for a shoe that could go from wet terrain to dry terrain, then back and forth (with some toe protection). I resisted buying the shoe for more than 15 years, I have to admit, they do work perfectly and are easy to get on and remove. Marshalls had the shoes for $34.99 - That's $20 less than the outlet mall price. So, I decided to give into the fad (although I'm very late to the fad - lol). I didn't know Marshalls sold Crocs, so it was a pleasant surprise to not only see the deep discount in my size, it was equally pleasant to get in and out the store so quickly. I am a fan of the TJX brand as a whole (TJMaxx, Homegoods and Marshalls) and this review is reflective of this particular Marshalls store in Smyrna. This is my local Marshalls and I visit at least once a month. They have a wide selection of products including shoes, purses and accessories, men's, women's and children's clothing, and homewares. My regular purchases include clothes, beauty items and homewares. Even though they share a shopping center with a Homegoods and a couple other competitors, I continue to return to this Marshalls location to find homewares. I have found several pieces including sheets, rugs and most recently some faux leather chairs for my dining room. When I found 6 matching chairs on the sales floor I was excited to get these bad boys up to the front. Before I even asked, a team member was on the floor and after overhearing me talk to my friend about wanting to get the chairs he pulls up with a cart to take them up front! Wow! Totally unprompted and it really took me by surprise. You can find some great deals here, but the customer service is not discounted at all. Thankful for a local Marshalls with an awesome sales team. read more

Not satisfied with the quality here. I've come here a few times and I can say I haven't been too impressed. The men's section is a complete mess and it was hard to find anything. Not to mention the selection was fairly skimpy compared to other Marshalls locations. I recently bought a package of t-shirts for a good deal here, so I came back a few days later to look for the same item. I was lucky enough to find it (one left), but guess what? I went home and all of the shirts were defective with holes up and down the neckline. It was a regular package and didn't say clearance or defective. If you're at this location, you're better off going next door to TJMaxx. I went to the Marshalls on Roswell Road in Marietta and they were very apologetic and let me exchange the shirts for something better. Their service and selection were far superior to the location in Smyrna. read more

while shopping on my lunch brea, I came across a pair of awesome sandals however there was no price tag, I was introduced to Mar'shel in the shoe department, she was polite, professional and even agreed to place a price tag on the item and place the sandal up front near the cashier's station so that I could purchase them after my shift a 3:30 pm. upon returning to the store I encountered a cashier, Stephanie who was completely opposite the premier customer service I received earlier. The cashier's action were standoffish and cold. Never said Hello, No eye contact, placed my receipt on the bag/counter. The white older lady cashier who is in her 70s is very rude and very unfriendly! I was quiet and didn't say anything to her. Just only say hi to her. Didn't ask me if I "find everything okay" or "how's your day". I don't know what is her problem but she shouldn't be working as a cashier because she's too old and can't handle the stress, work load, and dealing with customers. read more

Had a bad experience.I came yesterday and bought two chairs but they didn't fit in my car so I asked if I could come tomorrow and they said yes so I came back today with a different car to pick them up and to make an exchange. After the exchange my daughter waited in the store for me to pull up and when I did she told them so they could help her roll the cart with the chairs but nobody helped so we had to carry the ourselves to the car.the costumer service here is very bad when it comes to stuff like that don't recommend read more

The selection is limited and very low end. Hideous selection as if this is a Goodwill return depot. More incideous are the gas station standard restrooms. Totally super nasty with pissy floors complimented with stuck on paper towels. Only use if your knees are crossed from holding your bladder. MORE SNACKS PLEASE! This is a very nice Marshalls. It is clean, organized and well stocked with furniture, home decor, shoes and clothing. Although I did not find what I was looking for today, that does not take away from what this store had to offer. I was actually shopping for my daughter so to that end, I wish they carried more extended shoe sizes and I wish they carried casual tees with regular sleeves, (instead of the cap sleeves). I love to pick up a special treat for her so I wish they had more snack options and I need them to restock those lovely white cheese flavored Popcorners. They are our favorite! It's not just about the clothing and accessories, this is a great place to purchase specialty foods like pure maple syrup, gluten free foods, grapeseed oil and snacks. read more

I liked my experience with this location. Staff was very friendly. The store is clean and items I was searching for were not hard to find. Of course, when trying to find a bargain you do have to search but that's one of the joys of shopping. You can clearly tell that the TJMaxx was recently open, especially in comparison to this Marshall's. The TJMaxx had a lot more people and had that new store look. This Marshall's was ok. I like to visit different marshalls and tjmaxx when I go to different states or area to see what they offer in comparison to the local ones by me. This one was ok. I bought a shirt, and I wasn't even in love with it, I was on a time crunch so I didnt even try it on. I purchased it with all intensions of returning it when I got back to NJ if anything. I also bought a Burberry perfume set solely cause it was a great price because the set was missing an item. I didnt see any employees walking around the store or offering help. There was even a customer that came up to me asking if I worked there, b/c she needed help. Store is getting a 3 because I cant really justify a 2 read more
