So I left a little early so I wasn't late to work (it's been a long pregnancy journey and these really give me peace of mind), I got there and there were none is stock... a very helpful young lady helped me first. She said they just got in today, but had to have someone else come by to assist. Either way, just 5 minutes later, a male employee brought me the Pregmate bag... I am SO thankful for the quick and early help when they're very busy this time of year. I truly wish I got the two employees names that helped me, but ever with something so small, this made my day and my Christmas. These employees work so hard with little recognition. Thank you!! I arrived at the store well before 9pm to pick up my layaway. However, due to their long lines and only she and another young lady working, the line moved very slow. At 9:08pm, she announced that layaway and the dressing room was closed. However, due to me standing in line for over 20 minutes I didn't believe I'd have a problem picking up my layway. When I approached her I had two items to purchase and informed her that I was also picking up a layway, to which she replied, "layaway is closed". I told her I understood, but I was in line well before the cut off and would appreciate it if she would get it. After mumbling under her breath, she said, "well you gone be waiting I got a long line of customers and I'm not walking all the way back there to get it right now". I was appalled, but stood back while she called someone over and asked if I could speak to a manager instead. She told me you can call corporate or come back tomorrow at 9am and walked towards the security guard. Rather than identify her name and position, she walked over to the security guard to escort me out. I walked to the security guard and also asked for the manager which he identified her as Sherikka. Shame on you Burlington for employing someone who has no regards for customer service.
