For years and years I have gone to the Target in Taylor, but today Terry (a worker) was so rude. I said thank you because i was at self checkout and my item rang up twice so she came over to remove it. I said thank you as she walked away, I thought maybe she didn't hear me so I said it again and that's when I knew she was definitely ignoring me. I was on the furthest self checkout nearest the door. We be shopping, we be spending money. Making it rain rain rain rain! Weeeee!! This particular target has been here since the beginning of time. I remember way back in the days when dinosaurs roamed the earth and I was just 14 years old visiting from jersey. My uncles brung me here to shop for whatever. I think they bought me a leather belt on sale that one time. It's a nice Target and it's kept up with the times. I like coming here for home items. Sometimes they have great clothes, but we usually come here for the house stuff cause were old. It's definitely one of the stores that are in rotation just in case the item we were looking for isn't in some of the other more prominent stores. The place is very nice. It's neat, it's orderly, and the staff is super nice. Never have I had a bad experience. Thank you Target, you guys are totally awesome. read more

This is the Target I first shopped and it will be the one I most remember. It's set back at an outlot at Southland Center. It's opposite Macy's and across from the Meijer. Getting in and parking can be tricky, the entrances are tight and if you aren't careful, you will hit a curb. A cross-section of Downriver shops here but I've never felt uneasy parking in the lot. Inside the store is vast and deep. Women's clothing on your right. Staples are against the opposite wall and run towards the registers. Everything else is set up like your usual Target. It was hard to find clearance and if you come in the morning you will be dodging re-stockers, which can be a pain when they are blocking the places you want to go. Since most of them are sleep deprived, they can be oblivious to the customers. Make your presence known or you will be rolled over by a restock cart. I like hitting this one because it has more clothes than the one in Woodhaven and I can also hit JcPenneys, which also has good deals. Plus the great Big Lots on Eureka is nearby and has almost the same hours, so you can get a lot of shopping done in a little time. read more

This Target is just alright. It stocks the same things as other Targets, but the layout is a little weird. It's not completely wacky like the one on Ford Road in Dearborn... but "off" just enough for me to go out of my way to visit my favorite Target in Allen Park instead. The people who shop here make visiting the store kind of icky... you know, the people who think wearing thin pajama pants outside the home is okay (it's not). It's not very well lit and the employees are not outwardly friendly. You can get what you need from this Target but it's old and has a weird feeling to it. read more

We went for a few odds and ends, being pillows and pillowcases, a few bathroom items and toiletries, and some food items. Everything is neat and organized but I always dislike the layout of Target's grocery section. You walk from one end to the other looking for something. And this location's grocery selection is extremely limited, which is odd that it is still a "Super Target". Overall, it's alright. read more

Zero customer service this location, you gotta love me story. Wife received 50 bucks from Blue Cross insurance Target gift card, haven't shop in over 12 plus years, OK then online order a vacuum cleaner regular price 180, sales price 150 bonus order online another 10 % off plus bonus AAA get 5% towards membership how damn cool. Ordered went hour later to store had received email ready for pickup. OK no hassle pickup get to car looking at box NOT right vacuum WTF,,, go customer service Not Erica she looks at computer screen Nope don't have it,,, well who pulled it and don't look WTF, , OK then call another store I can pick up, she refused 3 times to pick that phone up WTF. I asked can you look in back, , reply NO only what computer show, ,, I go to vacuum section a employee ask to help me again ask will you check back room NO only what computer show. Erica want to issue refund and go another store, not gonna do that sorry, I loss my 7 bucks AAA bonus and Xtra 10 percent off. 30 plus minutes wasted, at home spent another 36 minutes on phone with customers service more incompetent employees. So customer service call Woodhaven location didn't get name he talked with WTF, he says all set I fixed it you can return vacuum and pick up proper unit NOT failed customer service WTF. Next day Woodhaven location found a Superstar Craig spent over a hour plus redeeming your poor customer service, nope customer service just had my name on vacuum nothing else. Craig did magic thinking outside the box to give outstanding customer service. You now owe me 7 bucks for lost AAA credit and compensation for my 3 hours of time to purchase my vacuum. I will post this on a dozen sites, probably will never ever shop at Target again, ,, just close all your brick n mortar stores since customer service is not a thing you company does at all. They have the WORST STAFF EVER!!! I needed help finding something and when I asked for help from two women (whom by the way were standing around doing absolutely nothing) one of them SIGHED and told me I have to walk a couple more aisles down and it might be around there. As soon as I turned around I heard them talking poorly of other employees.. maybe if they cared about doing their jobs instead of talking about store drama they'd find out they have less to complain about. They didn't have what I needed even though online it said available in store, they were unhelpful and got dirty looks from employees.. Went in to return a humidifier to exchange for the exact humidifier for my baby. Bianca refused but the other lady seemed to want to return it for me and felt bad when i was refused. If not for her i would have only rated 1 star. It still works, it just seeps out in other areas draining the water faster. It hasn't even been that long since I've had it. read more

Huge fan of everything target expect for the staff at this location. The cafe seems to never be open, the Starbucks associates are so rude. There seems to be no consistency in management, I've had some managers honor prices and some tell me they don't honor anything. I believe the older woman who works the return and service desk is Melinda? Anyway, she is SO rude. I don't go to this target often and I don't return often but the past few times I have she's helped me and she's been SO rude. I don't understand how they are going to let her run the customer service desk with an attitude like that. read more

I love this place but this review is for Bryant the employee who works behind the food counter. He's extremely rude. Whenever I order a frozen beverage he barks at me "no refills on the icees!" I get it that we can't get refills. I have no issue with him telling me that but don't bark in my face and be rude about it. Come on man read more
