He is taking trying to build his own business very seriously. The original appointment was made about 5 days out so he could order parts necessary. (He came prepared on 1st visit)! Morning of visit, I texted Derrion to try to get a closer time based on his schedule for the day. He did give me a 2 hr window so I could go & do other errands. He called me about an hour prior to his earliest estimated arrival & said he was running early, if I wanted he could be here in 20 minutes. Not saying this is typical of them, but it did happen. Going out of our way to work locally, we…read morehired JN Service HVAC and Plumbing to inspect and repair an air conditioning unit. The bill for various repairs was about $730. We get that--these things are expensive. But two or three days later, and without anyone else having been in the house (we are traveling), we learned from someone who came in to water our plants that the air conditioning in that unit still was not working AND that the back door had been left wide open, resulting in a massive infestation of ants. The technician even admitted that he left that door open, but said only "my bad." As for the air conditioning unit, upon return to inspect it he said the capacitor had died since his previous visit. Yes, we are to believe that this happened within a few days of an allegedly thorough inspection. We got nowhere with suggestions that it seems much more likely that the technician never checked the capacitor at all, or else that he did and it ran briefly on residual charge. Hoping to resolve this without rancor, we offered to pay for the capacitor itself, but not another service visit. The boss is dug in against that, and no longer responds to messages. We have given up wrangling over this, but did tell the boss that we feel obliged to warn people. This is all very regrettable. We started out wanting to hire and then recommend a local company. Really can't do that in this case.

Paul Anderson stayed on the phone with me all weekend and came out today fixed the problem for 500.00. I spoke with a manager at Roto rooter yesterday and sweared by his employees work. Well after they ripped me off a 1,000 did not fix the problem I had Paul Anderson fix the problem for 500.00 and there is no whole in my pipe. Think twice before calling them please.

Here is another one of those reviews to add...David picked up the phone when I called- he asked a couple questions and said he could come out within the next couple hours. I needed to leave to go to work and said, can we do it at the end of the day? He said, absolutely, just text me when you're on your way home. He was here for quite a while trying to troubleshoot a very old connection. He never gave up, figured it out and had the flowing going where it should be! He even helped me hook up my washing machine hose. 5 stars is not enough! Great guy, great service, great company.
