I had my hair cut by Ivy. Requested 2-3 inches of damaged hair cut off but had 5 inches, 6 in some places cut. My hair does feel healthier and the cut looks decent. If I wanted to lose 5 inches I would have asked. My mistake was taking my teenage daughter for a cut as well. We gave Ivy 4 pictures of a basic A line cut. At first it was too long, more of a blunt shoulder length bob. Now She looks like a damn mushroom head. The cut is chunky and uneven. The back looks like it was cut with a box cutter. She even said "I think it needs to be thinned at the bottom?" Like ya it does. Are you asking me or are you the professional?! The whole entire head of hair is lopsided as if it was cut by a drunk on a boat. In a hurricane. I had to physically run out of there to keep myself from yelling. If she cut it anymore it would've had to become a pixie. Use caution. You get what you pay for. read more

I received a private message from the salon and instead of receiving a sincere apology, I get a defensive response. Let me make a few points. Yes I was wearing a mask and I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that this is why the front was so bad. But the mask doesn't cover the back of my hair which was also messed up. Also, I went to another hairstyles (wore a mask) and she was able to fix this terrible hair cut (front side included). Second, I believe this is what yelp is for, to leave a honest review about the service that we receive. Got a perm from Yaneth in December. It took three hours to complete, she barely talked to me the entire time. I would try to start conversation, but she gave me very short replies. She had to ask someone else in the salon for help with some of the steps because she wasn't sure how to do it. When I finally got to wash my hair after three days, half of the curls fell out. There are big long straight stands mixed with curly strands, it looks terrible. I read a bunch of reviews and was super excited to get my hair done by Priscilla! I went in and we discussed my hair. I thought I was getting a gradual bayalage, so when she told me the price was $200, I agreed. Usually my normal highlights cost $120 with the cut. Priscilla did the color, but then left for a meeting and her assistants handled the wash and tint. When she came back, she had a haircut waiting and so I had to wait 15 minutes for her to finish that. She started blow drying and I realized I didn't get what I wanted at all! What I got was normal looking highlights for almost twice the cost! She barely did any cutting and then styled it so I can't really tell how the cut is. I got there at 3 and didn't leave until after 6. Overall, extremely disappointed. This place is very pricey without any perks. read more

Left there after a simple Haircut with one side longer than the other...no flow. Ran errands afterwards picked my daughter up from school and she pointed out my hair was lopsided. Got home to see how randomly choppy it was...I just didn't realize the horribleness of it all till I got home and was able to see it well. I have been here a few times already for a haircut, but after my last one, I will not be returning. You should see my hair! First of all, I always ask if they could completely wet my hair before cutting it and I only get a few spritzes here and there. I have very wavy hair and when you cut it when it is dry, it will be uneven. That is what the last girl did and it looks horrible. I should have offered to pour my bottled water over my head and maybe it would have turned out halfway decent. I only paid 20 bux so I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned. read more

id like to start with saying their work is not even the best for the way they treat their costumers and what they charge. ive been professionally dyeing my hair since February 2020. before that there WAS box dye on the LOWER bottom half of my hair but was color corrected by my stylist (i came looking for another salon because unfortunately my hair stylist quit) i sent pictures to cilla? of what my hair looked like when it was last dyed in June to how it looks now (October) and she really said "girl how did your hair go from blonde to brown?" so i tried to keep my cool and explained it has not been touched up ... you know since COVID is happening and she said "hm, that's weird" excuse me, what? why would i lie about what ive done to my hair, there would be no point if it would just come to light when you guys see me in real life and my hair isn't even brown it's very much blonde i will even attach pictures of what my hair looks like right now. ANYWAY my hair is blonde, i just wanted to retone my hair and touch up my roots and she wanted to do my hair in two sessions? i wouldn't understand why. had the same issue with a woman named terry? i sent the same pictures and explained everything and she said "hm do i see red in your hair?" i again, explained NOTHING has been done to my hair since June and she also suggested two sessions? worst customer service EVER. that is no way to talk to costumers or make them feel like you're accusing them of lying. it's disrespectful. mediocre ass work and they're doing the most as if they're the best HA. read more
