The worst experience ever…read more Before our insurance would allow them to begin repairs on the car, they told me is it would be ready within 11 days. Once that 11th day came, we heard every excuse as to why my car wasn't ready. Finally, they told us that they ordered a part for the car, but it wouldn't arrive until the next day. The next day came and the car wasn't ready. The next day came, but their painting machine broke so I'd have to wait an entire week since they don't work weekends and the paint needs time to rest. They were able to paint my car, but it still needed to be aligned. They ended up losing my keys, costing us another week since this happened on a Friday. Finally they were able to operate on my car's alignment, but they still needed to order the headlight. This ended up lasting 4 weeks for something we were told would last 11 days. On top of that, they also took all of the change in the car, a phone charger, and a cap from my trunk. This is the worst place to take your car too, not to mention their work is crappy. The replacement parts they put on are plated over the original parts and grind against them. Horrible service on all fronts!

A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.

He should be the only one that speaks with customers. They do good work though. Vic is very good at what he does and his attitude shows it. It's very hard to find a good mechanic. Thought I found him. Search Gos on I guess. After my work was finished I had an oil light come on that I never had before. Called them to ask what to do and why was my car released to me without oil. They immediately got defensive instead of being helpful. Turns out, after going to another mechanic, it was just a bad sensor. If their customer service was worth a shit they might have figured that out and even made more money by repairing it for me but that money when to someone else. They won't answer there phone when they see my number because they aren't honorable business people. Go elsewhere. Unless you can deal with attitude.
