I had explicitly asked for oven cleaning while scheduling the cleaning. But the cleaners didn't get oven cleaning spray on the day of cleaning. 3. Cleaning is below average as well. Shower door has soap scum/spots all over. When asked, the cleaning lady told that she needs a special cleaning solution/spray for that. But when I tried using scrubbing bubbles bathroom cleaner, I was able to clean it. 4. Stove has greasy spots. Overall, very poor cleaning. Hire them at your own risk.

Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! I will likely book again the next time I require a deep cleaning.

I paid $300 to have my stairs, two bathrooms, one bedroom, and 2nd floor lobby cleaned. They also dusted a crevice that was on the 2nd floor. I wish they were able to vacuum a little more carefully because there were small chunks of drywall along the edge of the walls in the lobby. Also the tiles in one of the bathrooms were still kinda dirty. Overall, I would contact them again in the future because they reduced my cleaning work load by a lot.

This is a slightly dated review, but I'll put it out there anyway for reference! About a month ago we hired Barby to clean two full bathrooms and our large kitchen sink. They came to the house perfectly on time (I don't remember exactly when was agreed, but it was around 8-9am). I even checked the time when the doorbell rang, and it was accurate to the minute we agreed on. My husband and I both had work that day, so we asked if they could finish everything within two hours, and they absolutely did (about an hour and 15 minutes). They did a really terrific job. With a dedicated team of two they managed to address a number of issues, including the beginnings of mold around drains, and other nooks and crannies. With a flat rate they set for the specific cleaning services you want provided, you can rest easy knowing they'll be as efficient as possible. Everything ended up looking very nice and clean by the end, and when needed I'll hire them back, perhaps also to deep clean our oven, fridge, and outdoor grill (which after inquiring they said they'd be happy to do!). Their friendly and expeditious service was a welcome help right before school started up again, would recommend their services for sure based on our experience. Speedy Response: Barby responded to my pricing request within 10 minutes of submitting and confirmed availability for the very next day. Accurate/Fair Pricing: Barby's price estimate was spot on to the work that was completed. There were no surprises and payment was easy through Zelle. Cash or venmo are also accepted. Friendly/Great Job: Barby and her crew were very friendly, communicative and did an excellent job preparing my rental for the next tenant! They bring all their own supplies and dispose of any trash.
