Barbara was a life saver when she came to clean my apt on December 28th, Thursday because I was having guests over next day. I was so happy when I could book her on a short notice. I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Barbara was right on time and listened to my concerns about which parts of the apartment, balcony I needed the most cleaning. She was super respectful and kind and she went above and beyond with her cleaning. She even helped me carry a lot of books from my shelves in the living room to my storage in the balcony which she didn't have to. She also tried her best to get some of the stains from my carpet which she finally was able to which is another thing that I really appreciated. Also, I had some ants in the balcony and some ant traps that caught them and she also didn't hesitate to clean those ants away. In the morning when Barbara arrived, I told her I need a lot of help to clean and organize my balcony which was a very difficult task for me to do alone. However, many thanks to Barbara, My balcony was super clean and organized after she left which made me so happy! What I also liked about Barbara is that she never rushed to get things done. She really tried her best to get the stains out from places needed and also asked me couple of times to double check how it was. Whenever I checked, her cleaning was spotless and so excellent! Her associate was also a very respectful lady and she also did an excellent job!
