The people that work here are so friendly and if you're repeat customer, they remember your name call you by name when you walk in. That's just to talk about the friendliness and the service that you're getting the job that they do is absolutely amazing. I have brought them some things that I thought would never get cleaned and when all of a sudden and done it look like brand new they take their time and do it right. The amount of work that they do for as fast as they do it most of the time my stuff dry cleaning is next day pick up. I will be using them for a very long time.

However, I would definitely not recommend the seamstress who comes in there once a week. I dropped off a semi-formal dress and asked that the hem be let out 1 inch. When I returned a week later to pick it up, the stitching looked terrible (large, highly visible stitches all along the bottom of my dress) and on top of that, the seamstress charged $50! I will have to pull out the stitches and hem it by hand myself. If you need alterations, go somewhere else!

Twice I've come and they wouldn't let me in. Not only that, one of the times there was another guy standing at the door trying to drop off as I well. It's not like this is a department store or some big corporate conglomerate, so I'm sure the owner wouldn't be happy about that. Just seems like no one wants to work around here. I came back Thursday to pick up the dress. The strap was fixed and the woman who helped me said no charge. No Charge!!! What? Why? "It was a small repair, so he said it wasn't a problem to fix." OMG! When does that ever happen? What a great business! Made my whole day! I will definitely be going back! (Not for free services, but for great people doing great things for customers!!)

This laundromat has a decent number of washers and dryers so that I have not had to wait for…read moreeither. The best part is that it is open 24 hours, not that I really want to be there alone late at night. It is located across from the Giant Eagle and after a certain hour it would be the only open business and is isolated away from traffic. One night I was there late and was accosted in the parking lot by, albeit a friendly gentleman, he wanted to know if I wanted any movies. Ummm.... not really and that made me realize WTH was I doing alone when all other businesses nearby were closed? Yikes. Anyway, as long as there are other people around other businesses it feels safe enough. Prices are probably in line with most other laundromats. I think it was 2.25 for a wash load in the normal size washers and a quarter for about 7 minutes of dry time. They have a change machine that takes multiple bill dominations and I have used it successfully each time I've tried. They also have a machine for hangers (it was out the one time I tried to use that) and detergent. They have soda machines and 2 tvs and seating. I believe they have a restroom but I have not used it. They have several tables to fold laundry and rolling baskcarts with a bar for hanging clothes That all seemed to be plenty available. What I like best is that it is open 24 hours in case I need it to be and plenty of machine availability whenever I've gone there. I usually sit in my car with my phone apps in front of the place while waiting on my laundry. It has huge windows so you can keep an eye on anything. What I like least is the lack of cleanliness. Don't think I've ever been there when employees have been there cleaning up so don't know how often that occurs. All in all, it'll do.
