My situation was never resolved and I ended up removing my car from their shop after 10 months of being lied to. Please be warned, I used this shop to handle a paint job / insurance claim and it turned into a logistic nightmare. All they were concerned about was getting a ton of $ from the insurance company. Checks were signed over to them immediately and held up my cars work for 10 months until I finally removed it from their possession in pieces. There was an abundance of lies throughout, would never give me an approximate completion date and wouldn't return an appropriate amount of $ signed over to them. I've added pictures of how they got the car, then how I picked it up after 10 months, barely any work done, just disassembled, no painting work. Good luck to anyone that uses them. read more

My son brought his car in for an estimate on painting a new bumper. They kept it for a week and despite many documented attempts to get an estimate they just did work without approval. Finally heard back to say "we started the work and it will be $3,000". We never Approved the work or received an estimate and got shook down for $1,500 just to get the car and the bumper back (that they broke). Do Not Use them! read more

I don't typically write reviews on any shops because I understand how they can ruin honest businesses but these guys are awful. They made a ton of promises to me personally after I went in person to see why the job was taking so long. After the car was returned the quote randomly became $5,000 more despite the fact that not a single promise was fulfilled. The paint didn't bond correctly and later I was peeling large flakes of paint off. Do yourself a favor and avoid these losers. Don't get scammed by the smooth/fast talking style that they throw at you. Hopefully my bad experience will protect someone else. Such a shame that their are so many crooks trying to take advantage out there. read more

The people at this body shop ripped off my insurance company; took a whole month to replace/paint a fender and replace a rim on my Audi A4. They told me the job would be completed in no more than 2 weeks yet the job was completed doubled the amount of time quoted. They charged my insurance company ($7000+) way more than any other body shop quoted. Save your self from the stress and stay away from this shop!! read more

After I got hit in the back, they did a beautiful job on the car, also washed, detailed, etc. They were super responsive, taking care of all the rental car details (got picked up from their shop & left car with them), and dealt with insurance company who was giving us a very hard time because it was during the holiday week.
