When they showed up with three people which they do from time to time, (it varies from two to three cleaners) and they cleaned my house which had had some construction, so it was a little extra dusty which I had mentioned earlier when I booked the cleaning, they up charged me by almost $100 more without telling me it would be more and when I asked about the charge after seeing on my statement tried to say because they were there longer than usual, even though that was not the case when they looked into it further they said it was because the extra lady was there and that cost more even though it never has before and they even didn't have to clean all of the rooms that they usually do and the reception lady was pretty rude and condescending about it. Unfortunately, the cleans are inconsistent. It seems like the billing has become inconsistent and honestly, the floors are still dusty, which is unfortunate since I had to pay almost 100 more dollars, will not be using them again.

They are a little high in price compared to what I have paid other companies but so far it has been worth it. I also like how they arrive in a professional car that is marked with the logo. When my system started to run hot this month in 2026, I had them come out and I was told that the coils were indeed leaking, but they only had a FIVE year manufacturer warranty. The tech admitted that when they perform the install, it is a 10-year warranty. However, they magically had no record of installing the coils in 2019, and did not even have my information in their system. I had a couple thousand dollars of work done and they had no information on me? Odd. The tech said that if I can prove they did the work, like with a bank statement, they will honor the 10-year warranty. So I provided them with my bank statement from 2019, showing they did the work, and what I paid for it. I contacted their office and spoke with multiple people who said they would look into it but they never got back to me. I finally called again, and they stated they could not honor the 10-year warranty even though I provided the proof of original service that they asked for. They then quoted me an enormous price of $3,150 to do the job, but then back-pedaled and said they could do it for just $1,900 to "help me out". What they did not tell me, but I found myself reading the detailed print on the quote sheet, is that the $1,900 price only came with only a ONE year warranty. Not ten. Not five. ONE. I made every effort to work with them and gave them every chance to make it right, but eventually I just had another company come out and give me a second quote. The other company only wanted $2,000 to do the job with a FIVE year warranty. No hassle, no over-quoting, no misleading information. I also had the other company check the manufacturer warranty status of the coils that Edmond Air installed in 2019, and they confirmed Edmond Air NEVER EVEN REGISTERED the coils with the manufacturer in the first place for a warranty. So... Edmond Air lied about the ten year warranty, had no record of the original work they did, said they would honor warranty with proof but then did not, overquoted me in an attempt to make it seem like they were helping me with a lower price later, communicated poorly throughout the whole process, and never even registered the coils with the manufacturer for warranty in the first place. All of this hassle and poor service, and on top of all of it they were much more expensive than the other local company that I reached out to anyway. I would not do business with this company.

Initially, when I reached out (a week in advance of needing the clean), the team seemed responsive and professional - sending confirmation the next day, and following up multiple times over the week to verify the service window. At the time I didn't notice the lack of questioning about: how many rooms I needed carpet cleaning for, the general size of the rooms, what the state of the carpets were, or what my budget was. They also did not give any advance indication of their price range. And, they never shared whether they would call or text in advance when a tech was on their way to us (for the record, they do, and that would have given us 5 hours back to our day had we known.) They have fantastic reviews, and appear to do great work, and I haven't needed carpet cleaning in quite some time, so I assumed they needed to get the dimensions and assess in person (this was verbally confirmed by the tech when they arrived - and the tech was very kind, thorough, and tried his best -- but we'll get back to that in a minute). Our service window confirmed via text and phone call at least three times, including the day before the planned service by the schedulers was 2-6. By 5:30, I had not received any indication of whether our service was going forward. I called to check in, knowing we had 30 minutes left in the window, but just wanting to verify the plan. Only then was I told the service was running late, now estimated to be a 6:30 arrival because "the property before you keeps requesting add ons." We opted to continue forward, now being told for the first time we would get a call when they were on the way. At this point, I was mildly frustrated, but understood work can run late. However, I was also confused why this prior property was not asked to schedule a follow up service rather than pushing everyone else back. By 6:25, we had not received a call, and I had a message drafted to follow up when I DID receive a call. A call to let me know the tech was on the way - but would be about 35-40 minutes. At this time, we had been waiting for 4.5 hours, having not been told we would have a 30 minute heads up to be back, and taking valuable time away from work, and additional necessary tasks. They offered to reschedule, but could not guarantee we would be first on the list, and leaving us to wonder if we would be waiting for 5 hours again. We proceeded, having asked how long the service would take - it was estimated to be an hour and we should be done by 8-8:30. This was the first time through all interactions I was asked how many rooms would be serviced. I expressed concern for the timeline, and disappointment at the lack of communication on the actual service date. No apology was offered, no solution other than continuing to wait, or to reschedule for another window, being offered. When he arrived, the tech was kind, fast, and professional. He answered my questions, and assisted me in looking at several service combinations. He was also able to verify that their policy for pricing is to evaluate the floors in person, and get the exact dimensions. Which is understandable, but would have been appreciated in advance. The first quote we were given, as was shared by another reviewer previously, was over $800 for 3 rooms with their closets, and 2, very short, hallways. One room has significant pet smells, but the rest do not. There was no furniture nor items to be moved, nor maneuvered around. The second quote, with highest tier treatments removed was still above $600. When I pushed for standard treatments, we were quoted around $400. I shared that was well above the cost I had anticipated, and was asked my budget. I said $300 max (which is still above average), and was eventually quoted $375, I asked to remove another option and it was reduced to $348. I asked if there were any coupons or specials, and THEN was informed of an option that would be close to that $350 including after environmental fees (not included in the original quotes). And finally, I inquired if it would be possible to do just an incredibly standard steam clean for the majority of the spaces, and only focusing on the more intense treatments for the one room that needed them. I was told that was not an option. Unfortunately, we were not able to proceed with the service. When I looked at our quote page, it was indicated we were originally scheduled to be seen at 4pm, and we did not have a tech until after 7. TL;DR we waited 5 hours for a tech to arrive, just to be given an aggregious quote of over $800, magically reduced to $348, and with poor communication starting when it mattered most.

It's what every other exterior faucet on my house is. Plumbers arrived, no such faucet on truck. Said they'd have to order one and come back. PITA. I had my own AC guy check the unit, and we found the system already had refrigerant--the real issue was that the compressor was failing. So his "fix" was basically a costly wrong diagnosis. He was trying to charge us $3,800+ to "repair" something that wasn't actually causing the failure, and the AC would still have ended up failing anyway. Be careful with this company. They will push expensive repairs and give diagnoses that don't match what the system is actually doing. Get a second opinion before you approve anything.

My only suggestion would be to keep household objects covered with tarp or plastic during the whole job. Not just when there's sawing or 'messy work' going on. If it's a room where there will be a lot of foot traffic the floor cloth is good, but plastic over furniture etc would be a great help when it comes to us cleaning up afterwards.
